        摘 要

        重鋼礦石應(yīng)急運(yùn)輸方案研究

        鋼鐵企業(yè)對(duì)礦石需求量較大,對(duì)高品質(zhì)的鐵礦石依賴性大,而且在目前的情況下國(guó)際鐵礦石價(jià)格持續(xù)高漲,以及運(yùn)輸價(jià)格普遍上漲,需要加強(qiáng)對(duì)礦石采購(gòu)的研究,實(shí)施有效的管理和控制。重鋼鐵礦石運(yùn)輸主要依靠長(zhǎng)江水路運(yùn)輸,因此三峽單線運(yùn)行給重鋼造成了很大的影響,在供應(yīng)穩(wěn)定性和運(yùn)輸保障之間存在著矛盾更加凸出。為此,企業(yè)占用了大量的準(zhǔn)備成本,并給企業(yè)礦石存儲(chǔ)造成極大的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。從而本論文的研究就顯得更加具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
        本文將從影響運(yùn)輸?shù)亩鄠(gè)環(huán)節(jié)展開論述,分析影響運(yùn)輸?shù)脑,設(shè)計(jì)多種可行方案,找出合理方案,運(yùn)用特定的經(jīng)濟(jì)預(yù)測(cè)模型和運(yùn)籌學(xué)方法,從成本角度出發(fā)分析的實(shí)際問題,保證礦石供應(yīng)的穩(wěn)定,優(yōu)化礦石運(yùn)輸路線,確定礦石的合理運(yùn)輸量,解決了重鋼在三峽船閘單線運(yùn)行期間礦石運(yùn)輸量的問題,同時(shí)還可以為其它的環(huán)節(jié)如煤炭運(yùn)輸和其他的相關(guān)企業(yè)提供借鑒。

        Study on the plans of Emergency Transportation Of Iron ore for Chongqing Iron and Steel Company

         ABSTRACT

            Iron and steel enterprises have great demand for ores, largely dependent on high quality ores, moreover the international iron ore price continues to surge upward in the present situation, as well as universal transportation price are rising, need to strengthen research on the procurement of ore for implementing effective management and control.  Chongqing Iron and Steel Company Ltd (CQISC Ltd) steel transport ore rely mainly on the Yangtze waterway transportation, the Three Gorges single routes movements caused a great deal of influence on CQISC Ltd stability in the supply and transportation , the existence contradiction will be more fierce. Therefore, the enterprise occupies the massive preparations costs, and the ore storage creates the enormous risk for the enterprise. Thus this paper appears has the even more practical significance.
        This paper will affect many areas of transport exposition, analysis of the impact on the transportation, designs many kinds of feasible plans and discovers the reasonable plan, use specific economic forecast model and operations research, from the cost point of view of analysis of the actual problem, guarantee a stable supply of ores, ores transport route optimization to determine the reasonable transport ore volume, indeed resolving CQISC Ltd ore freight volume question in the Three Gorges sluice single routes movement period, meanwhile may provides the model for other partials like coal transportation and other similar enterprises.
