淺談音樂多元化教學(xué)及音樂多元化人才的培養(yǎng)

[摘 要]:21世紀(jì)人類社會更加趨向于全球1體化和文化多元化的勢態(tài)。在新世紀(jì) ,音樂在某些方面或在某些學(xué)派中被打破,但不1定完全融合,也可能出現(xiàn)1些綜合的傾向。本文通過對音樂多元化的含義及分類,音樂教育多元化的必要性、重要性,進而論證了音樂多元化在音樂教育中的重要地位,并從教師、教法的角度論證通過音樂多元化教學(xué)怎樣讓課堂“活”起來,培養(yǎng)音樂多元化高素質(zhì)的人才。
