淺談飯店金鑰匙服務(wù)哲學

摘  要：  飯店金鑰匙服務(wù)是1種委托代辦性質(zhì)的服務(wù)，其工作的基本出發(fā)點在于為客人排憂解難，幫助客人在入住酒店期間解決1些實際問題。飯店金鑰匙服務(wù)在我國個性化服務(wù)領(lǐng)域表現(xiàn)出它不同1般的內(nèi)涵和服務(wù)哲學理念。本文提出了飯店金鑰匙的涵義，介紹飯店金鑰匙的服務(wù)理念和服務(wù)內(nèi)容，著重分析了飯店金鑰匙在歐、美、亞洲等地區(qū)的普及和推廣，最后歸納出若干中國飯店金鑰匙的服務(wù)哲學的基本理念。

Shallowly Discuss the Philosophy of
Hotel Concierge Services

Abstract :   Hotel Concierge service is commissioned agent nature of service, the basic point of departure of this work is offering help for the guests to troubleshoot, help guests to solve some problems during the time they stay at the hotel. Hotel Concierge services have shown different meanings and service philosophy in personalized services territory in our country. In this paper, at first, the author sets forth the conception of concierge and introduces the notion and content of concierge service, then, essentially analyses the popularization and spreading of concierge service in Europe, the United States and Asia. At last, sums up several fundamental notion about the philosophy of hotel concierge service in China.
