基于模糊綜合評判的圖書館讀者滿意度評價(jià)
摘 要
本文通過對模糊綜合評判方法的分析,指出它在應(yīng)用上的優(yōu)點(diǎn)與不足,為獲得更科學(xué)的評價(jià)結(jié)果,對模糊綜合評判方法進(jìn)行了改進(jìn);考慮到目前同類研究中沒有對評價(jià)結(jié)果進(jìn)行有效檢驗(yàn),無法確定評價(jià)結(jié)果的可信度,本文對評價(jià)結(jié)果的可信度進(jìn)行了討論;最后,利用文中所闡述的方法對我校圖書館讀者滿意度進(jìn)行評判.

The Fuzzy Comprehensive
Evaluation of the Readers’ Satisfaction Degree in library
Abstract
In this paper, we analyse the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and point out its advantages and disadvantages in application, In order to obtain more scientific appraisal result, we make an improvement to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method; Considering that similar researches have not been discussed on the effective test to the appraisal result in the present, we can`t determine the confident level in the appraisal result. In this paper, we discuss the reliability of the appraisal result; Finally, we make out the evaluation to our school readers` satisfaction degree.by using the method elaborated before.
