企業生產外包的風險因素分析及決策研究
 
摘  要：外包是現代企業擴展生產能力，更好地滿足用戶需要的1種重要經營方式，但是企業外包也存在著多方面的風險因素，且企業選擇其代工合作伙伴時也面臨著決策問題。本文首先介紹了企業生產外包的概況及國內外的研究現狀，然后就企業生產外包中存在的風險因素進行分析，進而提出了規避風險的建議。從交易費用與核心競爭力的角度，對外包決策進行了分析，并設計了構造判斷矩陣的方法進行代工企業的選擇。

Risk factors and decision-making research of manufacturing 0utsourcing

Abstract: 0utsourcing is an important way of management that modern corporations enlarge the ability of production and the consumer is satisfied. But there are still some factors of the risks in 0utsourcing, and there is a decision-making problem when the corporations choose the cooperation friends instead. This article analyses the factors of the risks in manufacturing outsourcing and table a proposal to avoid the risks. It analyses the decision-making of outsourcing in the view of the cost of business and key competition, and develop a method which is constructing a judging matrix in choosing the corporation instead.
