關(guān)于建立全面績(jī)效治理體系的探討
摘要：為了實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和經(jīng)濟(jì)目標(biāo)，進(jìn)步全體員工開(kāi)拓進(jìn)取的熱情和績(jī)效水平，必須在對(duì)企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略和經(jīng)濟(jì)目標(biāo)進(jìn)行分析分解的基礎(chǔ)上，設(shè)計(jì)出全面的員工績(jī)效考核指標(biāo)，引導(dǎo)并激勵(lì)廣大員工為之努力。本文通過(guò)對(duì)企業(yè)績(jī)效治理現(xiàn)狀分析和現(xiàn)代績(jī)效治理理論的研究，提出了在新時(shí)期下建立PM21績(jī)效治理體系。通過(guò)PM21體系的創(chuàng)建與運(yùn)作，在企業(yè)內(nèi)部形成一種“獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)看貢獻(xiàn)，提升憑能力，考核有辦法，治理有制度”的公正、公平、公然的創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境，使績(jī)效治理成為企業(yè)新的利潤(rùn)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)。關(guān)鍵詞：績(jī)效績(jī)效治理績(jī)效溝通績(jī)效考核
Abstract:In order to achieve the development strategy and economic targets,increasing the ardor and performance level of all it?s numbers,a all?sided performance evaluating system should designed by analyzing it?s development strategy and economic targets,it will guide and encourage it?s numbers to do their best.Here,I show to found a new performance system as PM21 by the studying about the current performance management and it?s theory in the new century.Under it?s founding and running,the PM21 system would make a just,fiarly,open working surroundings,that as “rewardds dase on his or her contribution,promotion because his or her ability,appraising with right way,managing with rules”and it will be a new profits growth pole for the enterprise.
