推薦信的寫作模式及范例

職場文書寫作之推薦信寫作模式
推薦信雖然會因為推薦人的不同而在內(nèi)容上有不同的側重點,但模式上大體來說還是有規(guī)律可循的。一封推薦信應該提供如下信息:who you are, your connection with the person you are recommending, why they are qualified and the specific skills they have。此外,還應該包括聯(lián)系方式,以便用人單位可以了解、確認情況。
下面是一個推薦信模版,它可以幫助你寫好一封推薦信。
Salutation
如果你的推薦信是要給某一個人的,你應該加上稱呼,例如Dear Dr. Smith, Dear Mr. Jones,等等。如果你的推薦信非常general,你在稱呼的地方寫To Whom it May Concern 或者不寫稱呼也可以。
Paragraph 1
推薦信的第一段應該說明你和被推薦人的關系,包括你是怎么認識他/她的,還有你寫這封推薦信的資格。
Paragraph 2
推薦信的第二段應該包括被推薦人的個人信息,說明他/她的資格、能力,還有你為什么要為他/她寫推薦信。如果必要的話,可以分幾段來描述細節(jié)。
Paragraph 3
如果是推薦被推薦人應聘某個職位,推薦信應該描述這個人的能力能適合他/她所要求的職位?梢詤⒖颊衅笍V告上對職位的要求和被推薦人的簡歷一起來寫。
Summary
主要內(nèi)容敘述清楚后,還應該加一個簡短的總結?偨Y部分應該再簡述一下你為什么要推薦這個人?梢詫懮螴 highly recommend the person,I recommend the person without reservation 或者其他類似的話。
Conclusion
推薦信的結尾部分應該寫上你愿意提供更多的詳細信息,要注明你的電話號碼,聯(lián)系方式和email address。
最后,還要寫上下面這一段:

Mailing address)

To Whom it May Concern:
Scott Smith worked for me at XYZ Technologies for three years as a senior technical instructor. I am writing this letter to confirm that his recent layoff from XYZ was not in any way tied to his performance, and to highly recommend him as an employee with your organization.
Had I been given the choice, I would not have laid Scott off. But it was not my decision to make. XYZ decided to withdraw from the PC market, balance expenses with the anticipated reduction in sales revenue, and hire a consulting firm to evaluate long-term staffing needs. As a result, XYZ drastically reduced the size of its workforce by dissolving the entire PC division, including the technical training department. Unfortunately, this major reorganization left no other position open for Scott. We regretfully had to let him go.
Scott is a conscientious, highly skilled technical instructor, worthy of at least a senior management position. He has keen insight into the learning process, and is an expert in needs analysis, project management, course development, and classroom instruction. Scott's in-depth product knowledge, unique instructional techniques, and excellent people skills have consistently received rave reviews from his students. Should conditions at XYZ change I wouldn't hesitate to hire him back.
