B：Yes, certainly. According to the international practice, bidders need to hand in a cash deposit or a letter of guarantee from a commercial bank. If one fails to win the award，the cash deposit or the letter of guarantee shall be returned to the bidder within one week after the decision on award is declared.
B:那當(dāng)然。根據(jù)國(guó)際慣例，投標(biāo)人要繳納保證金或由商 業(yè)銀行出具的保證函。如果沒(méi)有中標(biāo)，那么在開(kāi)標(biāo)后 的一周內(nèi)，我們把保證金或保證函退還給投標(biāo)人。
