該句中“達(dá)到并超過了世貿(mào)組織對(duì)發(fā)展中國家的要求”是描述前邊這個(gè)句子的整體含義，因此要使用非限定性定語從句加以概括，而這也是我們?cè)谑谡n過程中反復(fù)強(qiáng)調(diào)并練習(xí)的句式。并且考生在翻譯此句時(shí)還要注意同近義詞的辨析：exceed, surpass, go beyond, top作為動(dòng)詞使用的差異。

“處理好。。。的關(guān)系”，可能考生會(huì)看到“關(guān)系”二字，就馬上聯(lián)想到“relationship”，實(shí)際上，在英語中“關(guān)系”可以有很多種譯法，取決于上下文的照應(yīng)和內(nèi)含。在這句話中“between…and…”即可表達(dá)此意，再加上“保持”做其動(dòng)詞，就應(yīng)順理成章地譯為答案中所給的句子。
