摘   要

放松是通過1定程度演奏技巧的訓(xùn)練，學(xué)會精神上和軀體上放松的1個過程，即練習(xí)如何按照自己的意志逐漸放松腰、背、肩、手臂、手腕、手指、從而獲得心理上的放松。在鋼琴演奏中，沒有絕對的緊張也沒有絕對的放松，應(yīng)該是松中有緊，緊中有松，恰如其分的表現(xiàn)它。演奏技巧和心理因素在鋼琴演奏過程中占舉足輕重的作用，是放松的主要途徑。放松是鋼琴演奏中的基礎(chǔ)和潤滑劑。鋼琴演奏中所表現(xiàn)的剛強(qiáng)有力富有彈性、悲壯激昂而又堅定沉穩(wěn)、活潑歡快而又嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)規(guī)范等等，都是要合理運用放松才能被完善的。離開了它，琴聲變得暗淡失去光澤，影響音質(zhì)的發(fā)揮，阻礙學(xué)琴進(jìn)度，因此，我們在練琴的過程中要堅持不懈地注重對放松的體會與實踐，將放松的感覺演練成為習(xí)慣，相信在整個學(xué)琴過程中會受益匪淺。
