同學(xué)們，今天我競(jìng)選的職務(wù)是英語課代表。我相信，通過一個(gè)學(xué)期的鍛煉，大家應(yīng)該已經(jīng)看到了我的實(shí)力和潛質(zhì)。我會(huì)利用我的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和熱情，讓大家看到實(shí)際的效果！
我想，這個(gè)學(xué)期，我還可以繼續(xù)任職，沒有人比我更適合這個(gè)職位了。如果我當(dāng)上了英語課代表，我會(huì)做到以下幾點(diǎn)。
1. 為人和善，與同學(xué)們成為親密的好朋友，和大家共同進(jìn)步。
2. 做好大家的督導(dǎo)員，老師的好助手。
3. 做好每天的工作，讓同學(xué)們對(duì)英語更感興趣。
4. 按時(shí)檢查同學(xué)的英語作業(yè)，對(duì)不完成者進(jìn)行提醒或懲罰。
5. 每天上課時(shí)注意觀察，有溜號(hào)的同學(xué)及時(shí)匯報(bào)給老師。

genghis khan, "khan of khans", was the great leader of mongolians. at the end of 12th century, he united mongolian tribes and challenged other powers to expand his huge mongolian empire, which extended from south china to the caspian sea.
in 1277, khan attacked the west xia kingdom (presently ningxia) and encountered strong resistance. he died of disease and age. the great emperor was later buried secretly according to mongolian custom. it says that after the burial 2,000 men were slaughtered by some 800 soldiers who were in turn executed so that the location of the real tomb remains a secret.
there are four sacrifice ceremonies held annually to commemorate the great hero and leader of the mongolian people. the ceremony, held on march 21st on lunar calendar, is the grandest. after the ceremony, horse racing, archery and wrestling are held as entertainment.

as we know, you have to learn how to fly much more independently instead of under your parents’ considerate protection when you get into college, which also means you will come across enormous questions that should be solved by yourself. from my point of view, those main problems can fall into three parts.
first of all, the complicated relationship. for one thing, you have to know how cultural differences function in your relationship and respect them. in addition, college students spend less time studying together owing to different courses’ choosing, which requires us to devote more energy to building relationship. for the other thing, it is also vital to communicate with your parents often by using mobile phones or other tools.
secondly, the temptations. the college serves us a more relaxed environment mixed with other temptations such as the internet, alcohols and so on. what’s more, the college teachers won’t compel you to study like before, you doze off or play cell phone in class, and you flee up the morning class because you get up too late. such too frequent behaviors will cripple your passion and enthusiasm towards life, so it is essential for us to resist these temptations and insist pursuing our own goals.
thirdly, the balance between study and work. most of us will choose to take a part time job to earn the extra money or just to exercise ourselves. but it is significant to keep a relatively balanced relationship between them since i always regard the study as our main task, so my principle is adjusting work to follow the schedule of study.
in conclusion, whatever issues we meet or miseries we suffer from, confront the hash reality head on, what we can do is remembering the past, living in the present and looking forward to the future.

以下是我在這學(xué)期中準(zhǔn)備努力做到的：
1、我會(huì)首先應(yīng)該做到以身作則、正直公正、積極主動(dòng)、認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)。全權(quán)負(fù)責(zé)本學(xué)科的一切學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)。在班級(jí)的英語中學(xué)習(xí)起到帶頭人和組織者的作用。
2、我會(huì)始終想老師、同學(xué)之所想，急老師、同學(xué)之所急，工作上要有服從意識(shí)和超前意識(shí)。思想上積極上進(jìn)、敢于擔(dān)當(dāng)。
3、在適當(dāng)?shù)臅r(shí)間內(nèi)及時(shí)的收發(fā)作業(yè)，布置作業(yè)并且檢查作業(yè)也是我的職責(zé)。若有未交者，作業(yè)不合格者，作業(yè)抄襲者，要及時(shí)報(bào)告給老師。并幫助同學(xué)改正，在英語學(xué)習(xí)上不掉隊(duì)。
4、我會(huì)在上課之前要去辦公室詢問老師本節(jié)課的學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)做好課前準(zhǔn)備。
5、我會(huì)在上課時(shí)應(yīng)該協(xié)助老師維持課堂紀(jì)律，積極配合老師講課，積極舉手發(fā)言，并帶動(dòng)同學(xué)們也積極地學(xué)習(xí)英語。
6、最后就是每天合適的時(shí)間出一兩道英語題，鞏固一下大家對(duì)知識(shí)的掌握。
