Australia is one of the famous Oceanian country. The country is famous for its wool production and seashore tour. As the climate there is warm and comfortable, many people spend vocations there every year. I’m a super fan of water entertainment, so I choose it as my destination.
In Australia, the sky is bluer than blue, the clouds are whiter than white, all the local people enjoy an optimistic and active life. They also show their kindness and enthusiasm to the tourists.
The first step should be Sydney Opera which is among the most brilliant and splendid architectures in the world. Many world-class plays are put on in it .The surface and shape of it is like a seashell with glory decorations inside.
Then Melbourne is a good choice to be as the next step. In Melbourne, skin screen is a must to take with as the sunshine is upset and may burn your skin. The most attractive thing to me is the Australia Open, which is one of the biggest world-class tennis competition. Many great players such as Roddick Federer and its local player Hewitt etc. gather to compete. It’s really a feast for the eyes.
Australia is also home to one of the most challenging and exciting surfing and diving projects. As we know, it is always called “a country riding on the back of sheep”. From the interesting saying ,we can know something about the rich wool-production country. If you love animals, kangaroos and kaolas are good company to you .
So don’t forget Australia when you plan a trip.

As the whole world has its boundaries, limits and freedom coexist in our life. I don’t expect complete freedom, which is impossible. I simply have a dream that supports my life.
I dream that one day, I could escape from the deep sea of thick schoolbooks and lead my own life. With my favorite fictions, I lie freely on the green grass, smelling the spring, listening to the wind singing, breathing the fresh and cool air and dissolve my soul in nature at last. Simple and short enjoyment can bring me great satisfaction.
I dream that one day the adults could throw their prejudice of comic and cartoon away. They could keep a lovely heart that can share sorrow and happiness with us while watching cartoon or doing personal things. That’s the real communication of heart to heart.
I have the belief that my dreams should come true. I am looking forward to some day coming when I am like a proud eagle, which flies to the blue and vast sky.

Newspapers enjoy a longer history and often come out daily with more reliable news and information. They can be carried and read almost anywhere you like. So many people like reading them. But they can only contain texts and photos.
On the other hand, websites are quite new and popular, especially among young people. Websites have not only texts with pictures but also audios and videos, which makes stories more interesting. What’s more, they are updated from time to time. So the latest news is always seen on websites instead of in newspapers. But it is not quite convenient for people without a computer connected with the Internet to get information from websites.

尊敬的各位領導，各位評委老師：
下午好！
首先感謝各位領導老師對我的信任和支持，給我這個機會參加競聘演講。
20xx年我畢業于北華大學外語學院師范英語專業，四年的大學學習讓我掌握了扎實的語言功底。作為年輕教師，我從不敢懈怠，堅持利用業余時間學習，提高自身業務水平。通過一年的教學工作，我的教學業務水平得到了很大的提升。今天，我競聘的是高二年級理科英語教師，之所以競聘這個崗位，基于以下三點原因：
一了解并熱愛我的學生這一屆高一學生從入學開始就擔任一二班的英語教學工作。在一年的教學實踐中，我揣摩著，嘗試著，與他們真誠溝通交流著，已經非常熟悉每個學生的性格特點和學習現狀，這為教學工作的進一步開展，奠定了堅實的基礎。
二我有扎實的專業知識我深知英語學科在學�；緦W科教學中的地位和作用，明確英語教師的職責和任務，也明白英語教師所應必備的素質和要求，所以，自工作以來，我始終不忘學習，勤鉆研，善思考，多研究，不斷豐富提高自己。
三我有較好的年齡優勢我正當青春年華，精力旺盛，敬業精神高，能夠全身心地投入到自己熱愛的教學工作中去。這一點也深受學生喜愛。
為了趕上課改的步伐，我利用課余時間學習了《英語課程標準》，深入了解它的基本理念。其中強調教學要面向全體學生，注重素質教育，特別強調要關注每個學生的情感，激發他們的興趣，幫助他們建立學習的成就感和自信心。所以在教學中，我始終以學生為中心，發揮他們的主體作用，采用以學生為中心的教學思路，充分考慮學生的現有基礎，興趣愛好，學習風格等差異。讓學生體驗和積極參與，建構知識，形成積極的態度，促進語言實際運用能力的提高。
假如我能夠通過競爭上崗，我打算從以下幾個方面改進自己的教學工作，提高自己的教學水平。
一更加科學規范的做好日常教學工作，根據實際情況，在順應課改潮流的前提下，認真落實各項教學常規工作，確保教學質量穩中有升。
二加強個人修養，練好基本功。進一步樹立自己強烈的事業心和責任感，加強自己的工作能力，努力調動學生的學習積極性，提高教學質量，力爭在教學中體現實力，在工組中保持動力，在創新中增加壓力，在與學生同事的交往中體現凝聚力。
三針對我校學生實際，分析學情，尤其對英語學困生分析了成因：
1對英語不感興趣2錯誤歸因：一些學生在英語學習過程中遇到困難或失敗時，錯誤地把原因歸結于自己的能力，認為自己不是學習英語的材料，因此放棄嘗試和應有的努力，聽之任之。3元認知欠缺：有的學生學習無目標，隨意性大；課上被動地聽課，等待老師布置作業；遇到問題時，不懂采用任何補救措施，這些都是元認知的表現，也是造成學業不良的重要原因。
轉化學困生的具體措施：
1.培養興趣，正面激勵
困擾英語學困生的最根本原因是興趣和信心的問題。所以，我們在轉化英語學困生的時侯，關鍵要找到他的興趣點，激發他的興趣，使他具有學習英語的內在動力。
2.確立目標，激發動機
指導學生根據自己的學習基礎和認知水平確立學期目標。這個目標不能定的'太高，必須是經過努力可以達到的，并使他們認識到這個目標的最終實現需要以完成每天的學習任務為基礎。這些短期目標是學困生日常學習的動力，可以防止他們三天打魚兩天曬網。
3.指導策略，樹立信心
有計劃按步驟的指導他們學習運用合適的學習策略，提高英語學習效率。
記單詞是學困生的最大困難，訓練他們的單詞記憶策略。如
（1）拼讀策略。多數學困生習慣用機械重復的方法記單詞，這種方法費時低效。英語單詞有90％是符合讀音規則的，根據讀音去記單詞，可以提高效率。
�。�2）分類組織策略。根據單詞的音形方面的特征進行歸類記憶。如同音異義詞。
�。�3）詞綴策略。滲透英語單詞常見的前綴后綴。
希望通過以上措施能夠轉化學困生，提高他們的學習成績。
除此之外，我競聘的是班主任。我深知，班主任是班集體的靈魂所在�！�
最后，在以后的教學工作中，我會嚴于律己，夯實基礎，鉆研業務，團結協作，虛心向老教師請教，與時俱進，把服務學生服務老師的工作做好，我有信心決心搞好英語教學工作，為東光的明天貢獻自己的綿薄之力。
