          跳槽英語作文 篇1

          My View on Job-Hopping

Many people are inclined to do one job in their lives. In their opinions, people who change their jobs frequently are superficial and tactless. They believe that the only way to success is to stick to one job, because constant practice in a professional field helps make an expert.

But there are still many people who dont agree. They argue that change means progress. If you are not satisfied with your present job or you have some better opportunities, of course you have the right to replace it with a more challenging and better paid one. Every hange is a step to further success. This idea may be the reason why they change their jobs so often.

For my part, I think it reasonable to change your job if you have a better opportunity. But once you have found a position where you can fully display your ability, it is advisable to settle down to it and put all your efforts into it. Only in this way, can you get the true joy of achieving your goal and improving your capability.

          跳槽英語作文 篇2

Some people tend to stick to their positions all tile time, as theythink the longer one works in a particular field, the more skillful one will be at it. Some have been teachers all their lives. Some devote their life energy to scientific research. Such people love their work and turn out to be specialists in their own field. they are usually high achievers.

Some are different. they are in the habit of job-hopping, for they always pursue what is new and stimulating. They never seem content with their present situation. some like to meet more people, make more money and new acquaintances; so they hop from job to job.

As far as i am coneerned, I want to be professionally strong. I am not in favor of constanr job hopping, as the saying goes "jack of all trades, master of none". but I want to have opportunities for advancement and as many colleagues as possible to cooperate and communicate with so as to be more creativc and less partial.

          跳槽英語作文 篇3

Nowadays, the phenomenon of job-hopping has arouse wide concern among the people who care about the young people.Especially to the young generation living in the big cities, they tend to regard the job-hopping as a ordinary thing, ignoring the fact that this behavior may pose underlying threat to their present career and may even endanger futures.

Does anyone maintain the same attitude towards this issue?Definitely not,as a matter of fact, opinions vary from person to person. Some argue that something is beneficial to them, because, by this way, they can earn mare money. However, quite a few people hold the opposite opinion that something is detrimental to learn the skills which can only get through hard works. And,most of people agree that The demerits of job-hopping far outweigh its merits.

To my way of thinking, the problem mentioned above will bound to generate severe consequences if we keep turning a blind eye and deaf ear to it,the phenomenon of young peoples job-hopping.It is high time that all of us,parents, educators, and the authorities, make combined efforts to give an advice to this situation. With this measure taken,it is reasonable for us to believe that this problem can be perfectly solved in the near future.

As far as I am concerned, I want to be professionally strong. I am not in favor of constant job-hopping, as the saying goes “Jack of all trades, master of none”. But I want to cooperate and communicate with someone else so as to be more creative and less partial.

          跳槽英語作文 篇5

“You quit again? What's your new job?” Job-hopping has become a hot topic among people, especially the young, and has caused heated debates.

Many people prefer to do one job for life. In their opinion, people who change jobs frequently are superficial. They believe that the only way to succeed is to stick to one job. Constant practice in a professional field helps to become an expert.

But many people disagree. They believe that change will lead to progress.

If you're not happy in your current job, of course you have the right to move to a more challenging, better-paying job, and every change is a step toward further success.

As far as I'm concerned, I think it makes sense to change jobs if you have a better opportunity, but once you find a position where you can give full play to your abilities, you should settle down and put your heart and soul into it. Only in this way can you truly enjoy achieving your goals.

          跳槽英語作文 篇6

Different people have different opinions about job-hopping. Some people like to change jobs frequently because they don't know what they really good at; while some people stick to one lifelong job for they believe changing jobs frequently will have negative effect on making progress on specific field. As far as I concern, I think job-hopping has both advantages and disadvantages for the following reasons.

On one hand, job-hopping can help those young people who just graduate from universities to find out what jobs they are really good at. They change jobs frequently because they don't like this job or they just want to find a better job. Some people think changing jobs frequently can ignite their inspiration. I have a friend; he is one of the types that changing his job from time to time. This month he works at the supermarket, next month he is doing business with others. Recently, he plans to run a shop on line. I ask him why, he said that he wanted to find out what job he loves the most. And doing a job for the rest of his life is quite tedious. He doesn't want to live in the regular life style. On the other hand, some people are not so willing to change their jobs, especially most women. If one of them finds a job is steady, she possibly won't change her job, even though the salary is not good enough. For them, changing jobs takes too much courage and time; it's not so wise to change. Steady is the most important factor for them.Whether to change jobs, it's up to you. I think it both has advantages and disadvantages. If you think the job you do right now is not good enough, you can seek for a better job; if you can't take the risk of resign, you had better stay.

          跳槽英語作文 篇7

Most people change jobs several times in their careers, especially the young people, they keep switching companies, we call it job-hopping. For young people, sometimes changing jobs brings benefit, but the constant job-hopping hinders their reputation and interrupts daily life.

The biggest disadvantage of job-hopping is that it brings negative affect on the trust issues. When the employer sees the resume of a job applicant, the thing he cares about most is the job experience, while if there are more than 10 different job experiences on the resume, what will the employer thinks! There is no doubt that he will be surprised and giving no chance to the guy, because he worries about the guy won't stay long in the company.

In addition, the constant job-hopping also interrupts the normal life. Changing a job means to find the new employer, to rewrite the cover letter and to prepare for the interview, how annoying it is. All of these take a lot of time, the new job means to restart again, the different work place needs to relocate, you need to adjust yourself.

For most people, they need to change jobs sometimes, it is normal. But some people change jobs without further thinking, they make the rush decision, which damages their careers, so it is better to take a wise decision.

          跳槽英語作文 篇8

My View on Job-hopping people have different attitudes towards their work. Some prefer to stick to one occupation as their lifelong career. These people are of the opinion that one can never do his work well unless he is devoted to only one job in his lifetime. So if one changes his job frequently, he will not get the necessary experience needed in his work. Others, on the other hand, like to change their jobs at times. In their opinion, people work in order to make more money. If they havea chance to get a better paid job, they will certainly try to get this chance. Besides, if a person does only one job all his life, he will certainly be bored with it. My idea is that interest is the most important if one wants to excel others in his job. So if a person is not interested in his job, job hopping is normal and even necessary. Otherwise, he will suffer from his work, and inevitably, he is not likely to succeed in his career.
