面試陳述不要一律

當被問到以前的工作經驗時，你可能會千篇一律的重復簡歷上的那段話。這樣就喪失了針對性。你應該事先調查一下你要應聘的工作的具體內容，這樣好在陳述時突出和工作相契合的部分，增加面試成功的機率。
