1. Do more than is expected of you. Prove that you’re capable of handling more responsibility. Volunteer for special assignments.多做一點(diǎn)。向別人證明你有能力承擔(dān)更多的責(zé)任。多干是福。
2. Take initiative and do what needs to be done, before being asked.主動(dòng)一點(diǎn)。在別人開(kāi)口布置任務(wù)之前，就開(kāi)始干起來(lái)。
3. Learn the skills you’ll need to advance. Take advantage of on-the-job training, but don’t rely exclusively on that. Consider taking (and paying for) skill-enhancing courses on your own.多學(xué)一點(diǎn)。好好利用在職培訓(xùn)的機(jī)會(huì)，但不要完全依賴(lài)于此，要自己去學(xué)如何提高技能。
