“簡歷最重要的作用就是獲得一次面試機(jī)會(huì)!要在第一頁簡歷讓考官發(fā)現(xiàn)你記住你!”日前,在廣東外語外貿(mào)大學(xué)近千名大學(xué)生迎來了一場外資企業(yè)進(jìn)高校傳經(jīng)面談會(huì),外資公司的老總們向同學(xué)們傳授了各類實(shí)用的求職技巧。
許多畢業(yè)生都關(guān)注這個(gè)問題:“簡歷作為面試的重要基礎(chǔ),如何讓考官選中自己?”某公司人力資源總監(jiān)饒俊介紹,在每年畢業(yè)生求職的高峰期,大企業(yè)的人力資源主管收到的簡歷往往都在數(shù)千份以上,篩選過程中,根本不可能去看繁多的文字說明,所以,簡歷一定要內(nèi)容簡潔,開章要突出,展現(xiàn)自己最優(yōu)秀的一面。他幽默地說:“我從來不看簡歷的`第二頁!”
他總結(jié)了大學(xué)生在應(yīng)聘時(shí)欠缺的幾個(gè)方面。首先是心態(tài)不穩(wěn)定,大學(xué)生對(duì)自身的期望值過高;其次是細(xì)節(jié)不到位,如緊張怯場、小動(dòng)作過多、答非所問等,都不可取;第三是信息不齊全,很多大學(xué)生沒有做好對(duì)應(yīng)聘企業(yè)與崗位的信息了解工作,在應(yīng)聘過程中出現(xiàn)“張冠李戴”的場景,如一應(yīng)聘生曾對(duì)安利公司HR說:“我很喜歡你們安利公司,你看我用的洗發(fā)水全都是海飛絲的!”這種情況就讓人哭笑不得了。
他還認(rèn)為,畢業(yè)生在求職過程中要做到:“誠信、人際溝通能力好、熱情、不逞英雄主義”,這樣方能在求職大軍中脫穎而出。
