新人簡(jiǎn)歷容易出的問(wèn)題
問(wèn)題一概念化傾向嚴(yán)重
絕大多數(shù)學(xué)生描述自己的個(gè)性和實(shí)踐經(jīng)歷時(shí)喜歡用一些很虛的詞語(yǔ)。比如在個(gè)性描述方面用工作勤懇,人際關(guān)系友善;描述實(shí)踐經(jīng)歷時(shí)喜歡用有一定的項(xiàng)目研發(fā)能力。幾個(gè)空洞的形容詞堆砌在一起使得用人單位覺(jué)得學(xué)生實(shí)際很不自信,甚至虛假。
處方:用具體的事例來(lái)證明自己的個(gè)性和能力。以人際關(guān)系友善為例:最好把自己在參加社團(tuán)活動(dòng)、參加導(dǎo)師的項(xiàng)目開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中如何與他人合作戰(zhàn)勝挑戰(zhàn)簡(jiǎn)單地表述出來(lái),這樣有理有據(jù)才能讓用人單位信服。在實(shí)踐經(jīng)歷方面,研究生一定要強(qiáng)調(diào)自己曾經(jīng)參加過(guò)的項(xiàng)目和寫過(guò)的論文,并描述成果。只有項(xiàng)目和論文的名稱,沒(méi)有結(jié)果描述,也難以給用人單位留下印象。
問(wèn)題二邏輯順序不清
不少學(xué)生的簡(jiǎn)歷欄目之間設(shè)置重復(fù)或者區(qū)別不明顯,容易造成閱讀邏輯上的混亂。
處方:在欄目順序上,畢業(yè)生們應(yīng)該遵循個(gè)人信息、教育背景、社會(huì)經(jīng)歷、實(shí)踐成果等欄目依次排列的順序。表面上欄目順序顛倒是突出了個(gè)性,實(shí)際上是忽視了招聘者的閱讀習(xí)慣。
問(wèn)題三重點(diǎn)不突出
學(xué)生們都知道有實(shí)踐經(jīng)歷更能吸引用人單位的眼球。但是不少研究生的實(shí)踐方向較多,比如學(xué)文科的學(xué)生既在單位做過(guò)行政工作,又在出版社做過(guò)文案策劃,在描述自己的`實(shí)踐經(jīng)歷時(shí),學(xué)生大多沒(méi)有突出重點(diǎn)。
處方:根據(jù)自己的興趣,突出自己擁有的與相關(guān)崗位對(duì)應(yīng)的工作經(jīng)歷。實(shí)踐內(nèi)容豐富的學(xué)生準(zhǔn)備幾個(gè)版本的簡(jiǎn)歷,每一個(gè)版本的簡(jiǎn)歷突出一種工作經(jīng)歷。投不同的工作崗位時(shí),選擇不同版本的簡(jiǎn)歷。
