商務談判中常用的八個單詞詳解:
一、NO TRICKS中的“N”代表需求(need)
對于買賣雙方來說,誰的需求更強烈一些?如果買方的需要較多,賣方就擁有相對較強的談判力,你越希望賣出你的產品,買方就擁有較強的談判力。
二、NO TRICKS中的“O”代表選擇(options)
如果談判不能最后達成協議,那么雙方會有什么選擇?如果你可選擇的機會越多,對方認為你的產品或服務是唯一的或者沒有太多選擇余地,你就擁有較強的談判資本。
三、T代表時間(time)
主要是指談判中可能出現的有時間限制的緊急事件,如果買方受時間的壓力,自然會增強賣方的的談判力。
四、NO TRICKS中的“R”代表關系(relationship)
如果與顧客之間建立強有力的關系,在同潛在顧客談判時就會擁有關系力。但是,也許有的顧客覺得賣方只是為了推銷,因而不愿建立深入的關系,這樣。在談判過程中將會比較吃力。
五、I代表投資(investment)
在談判過程中投入了多少時間和精力?為此投入越多、對達成協議承諾越多的一方往往擁有較少的談判力。
六、C代表可信性(credibility)
如果潛在顧客對產品可信性也是談判力的一種,如果推銷人員知道你曾經使用過某種產品,而他的產品具有價格和質量等方面的'優勢時,無疑會增強賣方的可信性,但這一點并不能決定最后是否能成交。
七、K代表知識(knowledge)
知識就是力量。如果你充分了解顧客的問題和需求,并預測到你的產品能如何滿足顧客的需求,你的知識無疑增強了對顧客的談判力。反之,如果顧客對產品擁有更多的知識和經驗,顧客就有較強的談判力。
八、S代表的是技能(skill)
這可能是增強談判力最重要的內容了,不過,談判技巧是綜合的學問,需要廣博的知識、雄辯的口才、靈敏的思維……
