Respected Ms. Sarah,

This is in regards to the advertisement posted by your organization on 5^th of October 2012 in the classified section of Daily New regarding the requirement of an education administrative assistant in your establishment. I wish to apply for the same. My previous job experience and educational qualification makes me believe that I am prepared for this particular job position.

I have earlier worked as an education administrative assistant for two years with BJ Services where my duties were leading school groups in various educational activities, assisting in general administrative work like arranging meetings and answering the phone and also assisting in developing educational programs. If given a chance to join your organization I assure you that I would make contributions that will lead to the growth of the company and at the same time grow professionally myself.
