          各位領導,各位老師:

          上午好!

          今天有幸在這里和大家共同交流教學經驗,我感到萬分的榮幸,感謝各位領導對我工作的肯定和鼓勵,也感謝各位老師對我的支持和理解,還有英語備課組組長彭雪萍老師對我的指教和幫助,使我能夠不斷的進步和成熟。不過我真的感到很慚愧,我知道自己還做的不夠完美,教學效果離我自己預想的目標還有一定的差距。以下是我在教學中的一些做法和感悟,不能稱之為經驗,算作是與老師們的探討和交流吧。

          第一、充分利用好英語早自習

          在教學實踐中,我深深地感覺到利用好英語早自習對學生起到事半功倍的作用。我還記得高一時汪澤海老師曾肯定的告訴我“書讀百遍,其義自現。作為語言類學科,英語和語文都要讓學生自主的讀”,F在想來確實如此,語感的形成,英語的運用都離不開朗讀。不僅要讀,而且聲音要大,李陽瘋狂英語中說,大聲朗讀能刺激大腦神經和口腔肌肉,只有大聲的讀才能讓眼,耳,心,嘴都利用起來,以達到全身心的投入,精力才能集中起來。

          有時為了增進對課文或知識點的理解,學生讀的同時,我也讀。因為學生比我更年輕,聲音理當比我的宏亮,所以當我發現個別學生只見其口形不聞其聲時,我便開玩笑說他“裝斯文,有勁不使”。久而久之,學生養成了大聲早讀的習慣,當讀書聲變小時,只要我拿書開始讀,他們便條件反射般聲音大起來了。

          第二、強化詞匯、句型、語篇教學

          記住英語單詞是學好英語的前提條件,在詞匯教學方面,我喜歡把重點放在英語詞匯的習慣用法、短語固定搭配、慣用句型上,并要求學生熟練掌握構詞規律。我主張學生把單詞放在句子中去記憶,這樣不僅對單詞的印象更深刻,而且知道怎么靈活運用新單詞。在課文教學方面,強調句型和語篇的有機聯系,要求學生以句子為單位,有選擇地背一些重要句型,這樣既可減輕學生過重的學習負擔,又可達到提高書面表達能力的效果。

          第三、巧抓閱讀,促進寫作

          閱讀既是一種能力,又是語言學習的一種重要方法。從某種意義上說,閱讀能力的強弱直接關系到學生高考筆試成績的高低。我堅持指導課余或課堂上給予部分時間每天做1至2篇閱讀題。上課之前或下課前10分鐘我會有意識的帶著學生一起閱讀《英語輔導報》的彩頁閱讀版本,這不僅使學生也使我自己更加了解英美國家的文化背景,開闊視野的同時豐富了語言知識,擴大了詞匯量。上好閱讀課,對學生運用英語常用句型、寫好英語短文大有裨益。因此,我常鼓勵學生盡量根據上下文猜測詞義,使之逐漸提高閱讀速度,獲得獨立閱讀的能力,更好地配合課堂教學,鞏固教學成果。完形填空、閱讀理解、簡答題和閱讀填空每周堅持交替練習。鼓勵學生每天勤查字典,養成充分利用工具書的好習慣。重視學生良好學習習慣、良好答題習慣的養成的培養。

          第四、真誠待人,因材施教

          我國著名教育家陶行如先生說過:“教育是心心相映的'活動,唯獨從心里發出來的,才能打到心的深處!币恢币詠砦叶加靡活w真誠的心對待學生,在課堂上我會直言不諱,一針見血的大叫某個有小動作的學生的名字,一開始的時候弄得女生面紅耳赤,男生顏面喪盡。但是他們都知道了我的性格,我就是一“心是口是”的直人,唯一讓他們心服口服的可能就是我能一如既往的一視同仁,在我的眼中無所謂成績好與差的學生,只要是坐在教室內的學生我都會盡力去幫助他,鼓勵他。以前我總希望每個學生都能掌握我教的東西,但現在知道那只能讓成績差的學生學的痛苦,讓我教的更痛苦,所以我現在能用平和的心態因材施教。

          As a correspondent of the Qingdao Morning News, I visited Dr. James Gilman, the President of the International Committee for Marco Polo Studies in England. In this picture, this is James, and this is me and we are looking at a dragon’s tooth. This is a true story.

          65 years ago, James lived in Qingdao. Then he was only 5 years old. He often visited the Aquarium and was fascinated by a creature on display there, which he thought was a dragon. He was afraid of its sharp teeth and wanted one to keep as a treasure.

          In the late 1930s, when the Japanese occupied Qingdao, his family had to leave. On his last day in Qingdao, he ran to the Aquarium and pulled out one of the teeth from the dragon’s mouth.

          He kept the tooth for the next 65 years, but the feeling of guilt at having stolen it was there in the background all through his life. It was always on his conscience, and the feeling intensified as he became older. Finally he decided to put right his childish error. In 20xx, he visited Qingdao and returned it to the Aquarium with his sincere apologies. He received a warm welcome.

          When James visited Qingdao, I accompanied him all the time and reported on his visit. I was deeply touched by his honesty. It has taught me a lot. I think to err is human. The important thing is to have the courage to admit and correct one’s error.

          Honesty is a vital quality of human behaviour. So we should try to keep an honest mind in everything we say and do. I would like to say to all of my friends: Let’s be honest people of good moral character.

          (一)溝通感情,勉勵關懷

          學生是學習的主體,要想使之發揮積極主動性,需走進他們的內心,激發他們學習的熱情。針對學生不同的情況,我鼓勵他們發奮圖強,力爭三年后跨入自己理想的大學。高三補習班的學生,有的喪失了自信心,深感前途迷茫,有的則破罐破摔。通過我不斷接觸和仔細觀察,綜合各方面的信息,給予他們指導,力所能及地打動他們學習的欲望!坝H其師,信其道”,學生對學科、對老師的好惡等非智力因素對學生的'學習有著很大的影響。漸漸地,很多學生開始喜歡我授課,無數次的心靈交流,使我們的情誼日漸深厚。

          (二)因材施教,務實“雙基”

          從第一次的測試中,我發現大部分同學聽、說、讀、寫的基本功很不扎實,需加強“雙基”訓練。同學們瀏覽新教材后,也感到他們即將面臨一個新的“學習高源”。

          備課中,我參考教參及一些“雙基”教輔材料,結合所教學生實際,采用一些獨特的做法。

          1、變考前集中復習為課上天天復習

          高中英語知識總量較之初中英語成倍增加,課時卻相對較緊。我所教的學生中,中差生居多。如把復習集中在期中或期末考前進行,勢必擠占平時教學課時,影響課文的透徹講解。因此,我對教材中的每一個重要語言點都盡可能做到:以新帶舊,深入淺出。課堂習題濃縮精選,先放低要求,待務實鞏固后,再循序漸進,逐步拔高。這樣就變課前集中復習為課上天天復習。

          2、強化詞匯、句型、語篇教學

          在詞匯教學方面,堅持分單元集中講授,適度擴展,并要求學生熟練掌握構詞規律。在課文教學方面,強調句型和語篇的有機聯系,要求學生以句子為單位,有選擇地背一些重要句型,這樣既可減輕學生過重的學習負擔,又可達到提高書面表達能力的效果。上閱讀理解課時,經常圍繞中心大意,常用句型和篇章結構等幾個重要環節展開。精讀、泛讀相結合,對不同的閱讀課文采用點撥、啟發、提問、講解、展開和深繹等教法。

          上語法分析課時,我從不摳語法,而是把重點放在英語詞匯的習慣用法、短語固定搭配、慣用句型和中英文表達方式的差異上,讓學生充分掌握借助語法,提高實際運用英語的本領。

          上書面表達課時,著重講明常見體裁的寫作要求和技巧。要求學生注意格式、詞語的固定搭配、人稱、數、時態及英語習慣用法,學會用適當的句型和學過的基本詞匯來表達復雜的意思。

          短文改錯主要是不注意語言現象。想要提高改能力,有賴于平時足量的練習和實踐。短文改錯設計靈活,壓分度高,綜合性強,學生往往辨認不出行文邏輯的錯誤。解題時遵循三部曲:首先通讀全文,初選錯誤;然后二次閱讀,攻克難關;最后重讀全文,仔細核對。

          險,所以有自信是很重要的。另一個理由是,有信心的人很少放棄,即使失敗了,還是會不斷嘗試,直到成功。最后一個理由是,有信心的人不怕炫耀自己的成就,

          這并不表示他們應該自夸,而是應該優雅、有信心地接受別人的'贊美。當他們在學業或工作上的成就更受人注目時,成功的可能性就更高了。

        尊敬的各位領導,親愛的同事們:

          大家好!很榮幸今天能在這里和大家進行交流學習。說實在,從接到這項任務的那一刻起,我心中一直充滿了忐忑不安。畢竟臺下在座的有很多老師都是我的前輩,比我的教學經驗要豐富的多,還輪不到我這個小輩來大談教學經驗,所以在此我想從備課、課堂教學以及課后落實這三個方面來談談我的一些做法和體會。

          一、備課

          我們都知道一節課能否上的好,很大程度上取決于教師的備課!芭_上一分鐘,臺下十年功”也可算是對教師備課的真實寫照。我記得剛工作那年,剛好遇到新課改的第一年,對于教材不熟悉又沒有工作經驗,所以當時急急忙忙跑到新華書店買了一本教學參考書,把參考書里面的內容一一寫在備課本上,書本上密密麻麻的寫了很多,在課堂上又急于想把所有內容都交給學生。結果可想而知,學生一開始還會認真記筆記,后來就漸漸不想記了,或者有記沒記得隨便寫點,課堂氣氛也變得死氣沉沉。于是我及時剎車,靜下心來反思,也查閱了相關知識,發現這也是我們新教師的一種通病,備課備了很多,面面俱到,上課的時候總希望把備課的內容全部交給學生,滿堂灌,總覺得在課堂上講的多,學生就能學的多,結果一堂課下來自己講的累,但學生還是不知道這堂課講了些什么,講的過多容易引起學生消化不良。

          那么,如何備好一堂課呢?我覺得首先要充分了解教材,學會鉆研,只有在教材的探討上達到一定的深度和廣度,把握教材,吃透教材,才能在應用教材實施課堂教學的時候游刃有余、指點有方。而且在上課之前最好自己先試講一兩次,上課的時候盡量做到脫稿。比如我在講到強調句的時候,可以順便提到一般疑問句和特殊疑問句的強調句式,并拓展not

          until的強調句式以及把強調句和省略句,定語從句聯系在一起,所有的這些都脫離書本直接講出來(包括例句),這樣上課的時候與學生眼神交流,心與心交流的機會就多了,自我感覺好,上課可以更好的發揮,學生對老師也產生一種崇拜之情,對老師的話也會很要聽了,所以一定程度上也收服了學生。而且我對自己也一再提醒,即使我是剛畢業沒幾年的新教師,我也要讓我的學生感覺我是經驗豐富的老教師。

          其次,備課要突出重點,比如這堂課主要是學習這個單元的詞匯,那么在備完詞匯內容后多準備一些習題給學生機會去練習,可以采取填空、造句、選擇題,默寫等方式讓學生去熟悉新的詞匯,反反復復操練。其他內容可以不涉及。這也有助于老師在下堂課回顧上一堂的內容是學生馬上給出反饋。如果上堂課備的內容既有詞匯又有課文內容,學生首先消化不了這么多內容,另外在第二堂課的時候回憶不出來。我記得這次假期補課期間,我們英語組第一天的課時安排學生摸底考試。第二天分析試卷,我前一天備課的內容是試卷上的15道選擇題,這15道題目中非謂語動詞出現了好幾遍,所以我就把備課的重點放在了非謂語動詞上,而且非謂語動詞是我們高中階段的重難點部分。碰巧后來的作業中又陸陸續續碰到了好多非謂語動詞的練習,那么我就會講,同學們,還記得在第二堂課上老師講的非謂語動詞啊。學生往往印象深刻,因為那堂課我只講了一個重點,那就是非謂語動詞。所以備課的時候一定要突出重點,而且不用多,一兩個就夠了。畢竟我們的學生腸胃不好,吃多了會消化不良,還不如少吃多餐,細嚼慢咽,慢慢消化。

          最后是要備學生。我們的學生英語水平普遍不是很好,而且一個老師的兩個班級學生之間水平也參差不齊,往往備的課在重點班上還好,而在普通班上學生就接受不了了。所以備課的時候要根據學生實際情況。那么如何了解學生的實際情況呢?可以從學生在課上的表現:課下完成作業的情況中了解。如果你備課的內容在重點班學生都不是很適應,那么在普通班最好就別在用了,否則就是在浪費時間。另外準備的作業也要有彈性。不能兩個班每個班一張試卷就可以了。我一般都是好點的班級一張試卷全部做,普通班閱讀或者完型先不做。這部分不做的題目我會放在課堂上讓普通班學生當堂完成。因為普通班學生基礎和自覺性總是比重點班要差。很多學生科恩給你文章都看不懂,一開始可能還會去查字典,但久而久之懶了,就不去查字典而是去問別人抄。所以我寧可讓他們在課堂上當堂做完,不會的查字典或者請教老師。

          二、課堂教學

          首先,上課要精神飽滿。其實我們每個老師都會有自己特有的風格和性格,像xxx老師和xxx老師的嚴謹,xxx老師和xxx老師的幽默,xxx老師和xxx老師的溫和,xxx老師和xxx老師的熱情等等,他們都能夠充分貼切的講自己的性格融匯到課堂教學中,形成了自己特有的教學風格,而一個有個性、與眾不同的老師往往能夠吸引學生和帶動學生。就我本人而言,我是一個性格比較開朗的人,大學時也學過健美操,所以我習慣將課堂作為一個表演的舞臺,只要走進教室,就會顯得精神飽滿,充滿熱情,教學各個環節一般都設計的非常緊湊,教學過程中,我會不時的隨機點學生回答問題,迫使學生注意力集中。而且聽過我課的老師和學生都說我上課的時候肢體語言非常豐富。其實這是一種自然而然地行為。比如說講到對于剛剛內容的回顧,我會突然書本一合,然后舉起我的右手說,來,同學們,現在跟老師一起來回顧一下剛剛我們學過的內容。這也無形當中調動了課堂氣氛,激發了學生的學習興趣。學生畢竟還未成熟,很多學生因為課堂好玩,老師上課有趣才去學這門課。所以說興趣是最好的老師。

          其次,始終堅持扎實課本,背記內容盡量在課堂上完成。我們學生每天要上的課很多,要背記得內容頁很多,語文要背,數學公式要背,政史要背,理化生也要背。而英語更是非背不可,英語單詞如果不背,單項題目看不懂,閱讀完型內容看不懂,作文不會寫。所以在所有科目中有其特殊性,背記內容特別多,單詞要背,課文要背,天天都有背的任務,如果“背”成為學生害怕和頭疼的事,那很難讓學生保持對英語的學習熱情。因此,我盡量將要背的內容在課堂上完成,在新課完成后,留出一定的時間趁熱打鐵,讓學生背誦。只將少部分的留到課后去背。學生能在短時間內根據板書的提示信息背出當天新學內容時,背誦不僅不會成為負擔,相反這種成就感能夠激勵學生提高上課效率更專注于課堂。

          最后適當調節課堂氣氛。英語是一門語言科目,不僅要求學生能靜得下來,更需要學生能動起來。如果課堂氣氛過于嚴肅,那么當老師需要他們活躍時,學生會顯得沒有熱情配合,設計的活動環節也會顯得生硬不自然。所以,我上課時,會偶爾跟學生開開玩笑。我記得有一次,還是我大肚子的時候,那天下午的英語課上,給學生放聽力,下午的課,學生有些昏昏欲睡,注意力不是很集中。我放了一遍聽力,一篇小對話很簡短的,讓學生把大概的意思告訴給我聽。問了半天居然沒人反應,當時真想狠狠的批評他們一頓。忽然,我寶寶在肚子里面踢了我兩次。我就借題發揮,我說,同學們啊,你們看,我寶寶都聽懂了這篇對話,在肚子里給了我反映,你們難道連個小毛頭都不如嗎?學生聽完哈哈大笑,瞌睡蟲也被趕走了。我就說再放一遍,這遍要仔細聽了哦。第二遍放好后,基本上學生們都能把大概意思給講出來了。這個玩笑即間接地起到批評鞭策的作用,又能讓學生主動學習。效果肯定要比狠狠批評他們一通要好得多。另外我還很喜歡跟學生就話題內容穿插一些我的'大學生活,比如參加各種各樣的社團,晚會啊等等,讓他們憧憬一下美好的大學生活,然后我會話題一轉,說到,要想實現那個美好的大學夢想,想在就要好好學習吧,再苦也是值得的哦。不僅調動了課堂氣氛,也起到了一定的教育作用。

          三、課后落實。

          首先,作業批改要及時有效。老師的作業一定要自己批改,而且在批改作業的時候應該要留意那些錯誤率高的題目,可以把題號記錄下來在第二天的課上著重進行分析;蛘咭部梢园彦e題進行歸類。比如說主要是錯在定語從句這塊語法上面,那么有可能在課上沒有講透,學生還不理解。下一堂課可以針對這個語法再講一遍。另外,有時候是課堂上聽未必能聽懂。那么可以把這些同學單獨叫過來面對面幫他們分析,等在課堂上分析的時候他們相當于是聽第二遍,那就不至于像聽天書一樣了。此外在與這些基礎差的學生交流中還可以發現他們的薄弱環節,鼓勵他們多來問問題,幫助他們樹立信心,從而培養學習英語的興趣。當然老師作業改得及時認真也能杜絕那些抄作業現象。

          其次,針對學生的作文,以往我都是把學生的錯誤句子劃出來,第二天的課上把學生普遍犯的錯誤講一下,錯句修改一下,然后范本抄在黑板上讓學生回去去背誦。但漸漸地我發現學生即使這次的范本背會了自己寫作文的時候錯誤還是在出現,而且這些錯誤都是他們學英語以來一直在犯的老毛病。原來,我們老師辛辛苦苦每篇文章幫他們劃出錯誤,而他們壓根就視而不見,這篇文章犯的錯誤下次照樣還會再犯。我就在想,如果學生自己的毛病沒有根治,再多的新鮮血液輸入進去也是沒有用的。治標要治本,所以后來我就要求學生把每次發下去的作文劃線部分訂正好當天交上來,如果不會訂正可以問同學或者向老師請教,至于那些作文分數在及格分以下的肯定錯誤很多,我則要求他們面批,自己抽時間來找我。這樣一來,很多學生如果不會訂正就會主動來請教老師,從而真正理解地把自己的錯誤給糾正過來了,也就避免在考試作文中不必要的失分。

          最后,落實背誦和默寫。英語學科,即使老師課堂教學再出色,單詞課文的背記如果不落實,還是很難出成績,這一點是我們所有英語老師的共識,也是最辛苦和讓人無奈的事。背誦我喜歡親力親為。雖然比較累,但學生在背的時候我可以及時幫他糾正發音錯誤,或者隨時抽出幾個重點短語句子讓他回顧,從而檢測學生有沒有真正理解著背。另外學生來背誦其實也是一次師生交流互動的機會。比如說有個學生前兩天在課堂上睡著了,而當時我又忘記把他叫過來面談了,趁著他來背書的機會剛好提醒我,背完后也就可以跟他面對面交流了。除了背誦,默寫也很重要。我幾乎每天都有默寫內同,有時候是默寫單詞,有時候是默寫句子,甚至于默寫課文。有些學生光會背不會寫,這在作文中很吃虧的,所以默寫也很重要。默寫不過關一般都要求第二天來重默出,從而不影響下次的默寫。至于那些基礎很差,連單詞都不會讀的學生,我一般先教他們音標,這在高一可以嘗試。我記得我帶的第一屆,高一一開始就是先教音標,每個人都要過關。因為如果音標會了,單詞就會讀,而且很多單詞是根據讀音拼出來的。高二高三就可以省下很多麻煩。

          教無定法,但一切要以自己的學生為本,尊重學生的需求,興趣。量體裁衣,我們播下的種子才會收貨。以上是我在英語教學過程中的一些心得體會,相信每位老師都比我做得更好,而且在我的教學過程中還存在很多不足,希望在以后的日子里能在各位領導、老師、前輩的指導下,取得更大的進步!謝謝大家!
