You probably know exercise is good for your health, but it's also a proven way to put you in a better mood. So it makes sense that yoga is a favorite activity among people who want to feel stronger and more relaxed.Yoga includes a lot of stretching, but that's not all—yoga also focuses on breathing and meditation, which means thinking calm thoughts. Practicing yoga is a chance to learn stretching/breathing/thinking skills that you can use to calm yourself down the next time you feel worried. In other words, yoga can help your body stay loose and relaxed when things heat up!

Good evening ,I am joy and glad to give you a speech about stress , yes , just the topic you see on the screen.
Psychologist tell us that stress is a state of worry caused by the problem of living , such as too much work or study , heavy responsibilities , and quickened pace of life .Statistics show that stress comes from every detail in our life .Financial problems , poor health , being laid off may be the stress that most adults now suffering .As students in the university , we are also under our special stress .
While study , having to take various tests and submit a project against a deadline may put a great pressure on us .And the things make us felt stressed may be our parents’s greater expectations on us than we could reach .Later , when we are likely to graduate , some other problems will also annoy us .
I think we will worry a lot about our ability to compete in the job market and how we can best use what we’ve learned at college in our future job .The chief problem we should face to is our atitude towards stress .people usually say they can not live in the sun except they escape from stress .It’s unwelcome ! yes , however , very necessary .Just image a world where stress does not exist and people lead their life in a very comfortable way .But is this kind of living condition as perfect as we hope ?
without stress , they may feel very satisfied with the current life but lack of power to discover new things .Too much satisfaction result in nothing except a countermarch of the society .No stress , no development .So a certain amount of stress is good .
It can stimulate us and increase our level of alertness .And our answer to stress is another vital problem .How to do with ourselves when stress suddenly break into our life ? to wave the white flag and admit our unability , to give up to our ideality , or worstly , just to suicide as to put an end to everything …
of cause not .The principle is to tackle with stress gentlely and harmoniously.We should try our best to release ourselves .
Such as to do some exercise , to linsen to traditional chinese music or classical music to ease our minds and to learn to view these changes of life as challenges .it’s no use crying over spilt milk .Only to accept what has happened can solve the problem .
Ok , i think i was under large stress 3 minutes before , but now i am here and have finished my speech .

You'll feel much calmer after your “yoga vacation.”Positive pictures: When you're feeling stressed about a big test or game, it can help to imagine it going really well. Sit in a comfortable position and close your eyes. Picture yourself feeling prepared for your test or kicking the winning goal in soccer. Of course, positive pictures can't take the place of actual preparation, but they can help you feel more confident.

As to me, I choose happiness over depression when I face trying circumstance causing great tension. I am a web surfer and Internet exerts a tremendous fascination on a great number of people, with no exception to me. In all websites, I warm to Diandian best. My introduction to Diandian, which is an excellent forum, came from a friend's recommendation. The night I got my first taste on Diandian was unforgettable. In Diandian, Mr. Ding, who is an enthusiastic and superexcellent teacher, will help you asking any English questions to him. Furthermore, you can freely express views and enjoy classic music in it. In short, Diandian forum exceedingly appeals to me. So it should come as no surprise that I indulged myself in Diandian as soon as I have web access on it. As yet, Diandian, under Mr. Ding guidance, has become the best English forum in its own right and the potential of Diandian is bound to be ever greater.
Some fear a circumstance with so many pressures. However, I think not because Diandian will accompany me on hard learning journey. As to myself, surfing on Diandian forum is the best way relieving pressure.

What is Peer Pressure? We all have an idea what that is. But for those who don't I will explain it, Peer Pressure is when you are encouraged by friends and people your own age to do something that you do not feel completely comfortable with.

Some may disagree with me but Peer Pressure is not always a bad thing. It can help in many different ways. For Example, most teenagers get pressured into getting good grades or to push themselves to take chances and that's what we need to have in our lives. A little extra something to help us build up our self-confidence.

This Pressure can also be a bad thing. Just as it helps to push us to do well it can damage the emotional health of a person as well. For an example, when you are hanging out with some friends and they begin to smoke.
