我演講的題目是《生命的硬度》
茫茫大漠，一棵樹站不起來，展現出來的是一座豐碑的形象。

悠悠河岸，所有的樹站起來，綴成的是一條蛟龍的雄風。
我們象征著太多，又演繹著太多。但我相信，我的形象，絕不是手若柔荑，膚如凝脂的林黛玉，也絕不是蓬頭垢面、衣衫襤褸的現代蘇乞兒。我們象征著希望、朝氣。所以我們展現在別人面前的就應該是衣無褶、臉無垢、禮貌謙和的舉手投足間散發(fā)著一股英氣，朝氣和活力的現代新青年的形象，一個融入了大自然的精靈的化身。
有人曾說，生命有一種硬度，氣節(jié)和尊嚴是撐起生命硬度的骨骼。寧為玉碎，不為瓦全、仰不愧于天，俯不怍于地，這是歷來中國的傳統美德。李白的安能摧眉折腰事權貴，使我不得開心顏這一大氣凜然的詩句又是否會讓那些毫無自尊的人汗顏?喪失了自尊的人是一個沒出息的人，而我們作為時代的先鋒，要是永遠在黑暗中沉溺呢，還是要做一個頂天立地的好男兒，一朵綻放在風雨中的鏗鏘玫瑰。答案，不言而喻。
大漠再荒涼也有豐碑的矗立，青山再孤高，也有長城的環(huán)繞，河水再平靜，也有蛟龍的橫臥。而時代再怎么變，我們的形象，我們的雄風依然如故。因為我們自尊，因為我們自信，因為我們有著鮮活的生命。而正因如此，河岸才悠悠，大漠才廣袤，青山才長青，生命的硬度才長存。
