音標繞口令練習方法
一、發揮繞口令的強化練習作用
編一個繞口令，讓個別難以發準的音標多次出習在一個或幾個句子中，朗讀時反復檢查自己的口型使口腔習慣于該音的準確位置。若再次碰到此音，口腔便很快滑到該音的準確位置。此謂單音強化練習如有人常把He smiles讀成He smells，就是沒有掌握[ai]的正確讀音。不妨采用如下繞口令對[ai]的音進行強化訓練：
I like to ride my light white bike，and fly a white light kite with my wife.(我喜歡在晚上月光下沿河邊和我量子邊騎著那白色的輕型車邊放白色的輕風箏。)
二、發揮繞口令的對比作用
繞口令的'突出優點是進行對比練習。把兩個豉多個相近的音素放在一起，讓學生在朗讀時進行比較，提高發音器官的適應性。特別是在長元音和短元音的訓練中能使學生有效的區分長音和短音，效果突出。例如，很多人認為[i]是長元音[i：]的短讀。實際上，雖然[i]和[i：]都是舌前部抬高，但[i]的發聲通道要比[i：]大得多。用下面的繞口令進行對比訓練。
可快速掌握它們的發聲特點：
Bill was beating a big beast with his big fist，and his big rist was badly bitten by the big beast.
(比爾正用他的大拳頭打一頭大野獸，但他的大拳頭被這只大野獸狠狠地咬了一口。)
不僅元音如此，相似的輔音也能編成繞口令進行對比訓練，如[t]和[t∫]：
This is a Kitten in the kitchen.
In the kitchen I fry the chicken.
A fly flies into the kitchen while I frv the chicken.(廚房里有一只小貓，我在廚房做炸雞，當我在做炸雞時，一只蒼蠅飛進廚房。)
三、發揮繞口令的識別作用
在準確掌握每個音素的基礎上，把一些易混淆的音素放進具體的語言環境中，讓口腔等發音器官識別 每一個音素。繞口令則能夠很好地滿足這一要求，充分鍛煉各個發音器官的靈活性。如教學實踐中，象這些元音，學生往往 感到難以掌握，筆者就讓他們練湊下面的繞口令，從慢到快，循序漸進，效果頗佳。
Betty botter bought some butter，(貝蒂布特買了些黃油，)
But she said，the butter’S bitter.(但是她說黃油有點苦。)
If I put it in my batter，(如果我把它放進甜餅糊，)
it will make my batter bitter.(它會使甜餅糊變苦。)
But a bit of butter butter，(但加人一點兒較好的黃油，)
will make my batter better.(就會使甜餅糊味道更好。)
So she bought a bit of butter，(于是她又買了一點兒黃油，)
better than her bitter butter.(味道比她的苦黃油更好。)
And she put it in her batter，(她把它放進甜餅糊，)
and the batter was not bitter.(甜餅糊也不苦了。)
Sot was better Betty botter bought a bit 0f better butter.
(因此貝蒂布特買較好的黃油是更好的選擇。)
通過統口令的練習，不僅能夠提高語言的發音準確程度，更能提高學生的會話能力。由于英語相對于漢語的獨特性，初學者往往覺得說英語別扭，舌頭拐不過彎兒。通過英語繞口令的強化練習，學生們的發聲器官變得更加靈活，會話能力很快提高，更增強了學習英語的興趣。下邊一段繞口令可用于進行綜合練習：
Good cookies could be cooked by a good cook，if a good cook could cook good cookies.(如果一個好廚師能烤出好面包，那就讓他來烤面包。)
