去面試我們就要知道如何巧妙應對外企面試官提問,掌握一些面試中提問的技巧是必要的,下面我們去看一下面試提問的重要原則,希望對您有幫助,歡迎瀏覽�!∮值搅饲舐毜募竟潯M心盼望的新鮮人,上網到人力銀行填寫資料,無數的信件涌向公司人事部,每張沉默的臉孔,發出同樣的訊息:“用我吧,我不會讓你們失望的。” 面對雪片般的求職信函,一式一樣的年輕臉孔,人事部門和應征新人的主管也遭遇了相同的煩惱:如何找到最適合公司的人才?尤其,當最熱門的管理書籍揭示著“找對人,就什么都對了”的觀念后,人事部門的壓力無形中也增加了。 然而,無論再怎樣強調“找對人”的理念,在匆促、籠統、量化的求職/篩選過程里,求職者與公司的“夢幻組合”還是難免會miss,彼此留下遺憾。 有些遺憾是要事后才能得到證明的。我有個記者朋友跑的是立法院路線,表現相當杰出、搶眼,連立委都常拿他的報導做質詢。最近另一家報社總編輯出面“挖”他,引發他“不堪回首”的回憶。原來,當年他自大學新聞系畢業,正值報禁開放,他最夢想的就是進這家報社,考了兩次試,都在面試被刷掉。面試的總編輯(當然不是現在這個總編輯),斷言他不適合往新聞界發展,“理由是我看起來不懂應酬那一套,而跑新聞是要靠應酬手腕的�!边@位記者朋友說:“其實多年后我才得知真正的緣由,那兩次招考根本就已經內定人選了�!� 被刷掉,也不一定就是壞事! 另一位同齡的朋友,則始終不忘“被某大公司刷掉”的復仇念頭。后來他進了一家規模較小的公司,勤奮工作,成為那個領域名號響叮當的人物。有次他在分享自己的生命史時說,他偶爾會夢到,自己“衣錦還鄉”進入那家大公司,跟當初面試他的人甩下一句“你錯了。”我則提供他另類的思考方向,對他來說,被那家大公司刷掉反而成為他發展事業的強烈動機,也成就了自己的生命成績,所以,“嚴格說起來,也不是什么壞事�!� 然而,有多少被刷掉的人,像這位朋友這樣“幸運”呢?當一百個、一千個人中只能選一個的殘酷事件循環發生,也成為這個社會的常態后,許多人的失望、挫折、不解和憤恨其實從未得到處理,也成為隱藏的“心理地雷”。 從頭說來,公司也有著深沉的無奈,這么多求職信,最后還是只能靠經歷和學歷作為挑選標準,要不是讓學歷的標準愈來愈高,直接從“碩士”起跳,延長臺灣人教育投資成本;就是助長了跳槽風氣,讓具有經歷優勢者“贏家通吃”(經歷愈好的人,愈有機會得到好工作。)于是,在職場的現實情境里,從無經歷、資歷,卻可能具有潛力的年輕人,就一再地被miss了。 面談,問對的問題 要避免發生miss的遺憾,人事管理界只能務求在應征面談時“問對問題”,以降低個人偏見的因素。 第一個準則:情境。要應征者指出過去的某項特殊經驗,可以是任何和他應征的這個工作有關的問題或情境。例如,這個工作和處理憤怒的客戶有關,而應征者過去做的是出納,就可以問他過去和憤怒的客戶互動的狀況。 第二個準則:反應。緊隨應征者提出的情境或問題,詢問他當時的反應、處理問題的方式。如果這名出納是跟著客戶發飆,當然是不祥預兆。 第三個準則:結果。詢問情境或問題最后是如何解決的?應征者是否對公司做出正面的貢獻?或者,他的反應是否有損公司的福祉? 最糟糕的標準就是“以貌取人”,包括面談時的非語言動作訊息,都不是判斷這個人工作能力的依據。
