　　1. Answer structure回答結(jié)構(gòu)

　　Provide salary scale which is acceptable for you. Or answer that: I'd like to have the salary which matches my ability. Yet I'd also like to know the salary scale for this position.

　　說出自己能夠接受的薪資水平。或者回答：對于薪資，我希望和自己的能力相符。但是，我也希望可以知道這個職位的薪資水平。

　　Then explain that you will give the more specific number if you know work details.

　　接著，在獲知工作細(xì)節(jié)之后，你可以給出具體的薪資數(shù)目。

　　2. Answer tips回答提示

　　在任何情況下都不要立刻回答這個問題，因?yàn)槟阕约航ㄗh的薪資可能過高或過低。

　　在回答之前，問清楚工作內(nèi)容、目標(biāo)、困難，以及工作的方式方法。

　　面試之后，你也可以通過電子郵件給與答復(fù)。

　　回答這個問題的時候，不要過于簡單或過于考慮安全性，面試官喜歡數(shù)字。你可以在回答的時候給出一個范圍，但是在給出精確薪資之前必須弄清楚工作要求。

　　I don't care very much about salary. What means more to me is the policy and working environment the company is offering and supplying me with.
