面試題1:tell me a little about yourself. (請(qǐng)簡(jiǎn)單介紹一下自己)
解讀:自我介紹是面試必備流程之一,英語面試也不例外。建議各位,在面試之前根據(jù)自己實(shí)際情況,準(zhǔn)備3分鐘左右的英文自我介紹,以便面試時(shí)能順利流暢的應(yīng)答。
面試題2:Why do you feel you are qualified for this job?(你為什么覺得自己勝任這份工作?)
解讀:與中問面試題一樣,在回答這一問題的時(shí)候,你要充分發(fā)揮你的“自夸”本質(zhì)。你可以講述一些簡(jiǎn)歷資料里沒有的技能,或者再結(jié)合案例強(qiáng)調(diào)一下你的特長。
面試題3:What kind of salary did you have in mind?(你的期望薪資是多少?)
解讀:回答這個(gè)問題時(shí),最好說出一個(gè)大致范圍,而不是一個(gè)確切的數(shù)字。如果你能說出這個(gè)工資范圍,那就說明你對(duì)此行業(yè)非常了解。
面試題4:If hired, when could you start work?(如果雇傭的話,你什么時(shí)候開始工作?)
解讀:回答這個(gè)問題時(shí)。一定要注意!不要說我馬上可以工作。那會(huì)讓對(duì)方認(rèn)為你非常迫切地需要這份工作。一個(gè)非常保險(xiǎn)的回答可以是“I can start at the beginning of next month.”(我下月初可以開始上班。)

面試題8:Does the frequent travel required for this work fit into your lifestyle? (經(jīng)常需要出差的工作適合你的生活方式嗎?)
解讀:不是在見客戶,就是在見客戶的路上,是業(yè)務(wù)員的生活常態(tài)。特別是外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)員,因?yàn)闇贤▽?duì)象距離問題,為了更好的與客戶洽談,經(jīng)常需要做空中飛人。如果你可以接受經(jīng)常出差的話,可以這樣答:The frequent travel in this consulting positionis no problem for me or my family.
面試題9:What skills do you offer that are most relevant to this job? (你能提供哪些和這份工作最緊密相關(guān)的技能?)
解讀:你的回答應(yīng)與:“關(guān)于這份工作你最感興趣的是什么?”這個(gè)問題所準(zhǔn)備的答案相似。用例子來支持與你履歷最密切相關(guān)的信息。??
面試題10:How do you manage stress in your daily work? (日常工作中,你怎樣應(yīng)付壓力?)

外貿(mào)英語常見面試問題
1、What salary range are you looking for?(你期望的工資范圍是多少?)
太極回答法:“Let’s talk about the job requirements and expectations first, so I can get a sense of what you need.” That’s a soft answer to a soft way to ask the question.
“讓我們先談工作要求和期望吧,那我就能了解你需要什么!
2、What did you make at your last job?(上份工作你賺多少?)
太極回答法:“This position is not exactly the same as my last job. So let’s discuss what my responsibilities would be here and then determine a fair salary for this job.” It’s hard to argue with words like “fair” and “responsibilities”—you’re earning respect with this one.
“這份工作和我上份工作不太一樣。因此讓我們討論一下我在這兒的責(zé)任,然后再?zèng)Q定這個(gè)工作的公平報(bào)酬!毕瘛肮健焙汀柏(zé)任”這樣的字眼沒有什么可挑剔的——你這么說會(huì)贏得對(duì)方的尊重。
3、 What are you expecting to make in terms of salary?(薪水方面你想要多少?)
太極回答法:“I am interested in finding a job that is a good fit for me. I’m sure whatever salary you’re paying is consistent with the rest of the market.” In other words, I respect myself and I want to think I can respectthis company.
“我感興趣的是找到一份適合我的工作。我敢肯定你們的薪水一定和市面上其他公司基本一致!睋Q句話說,我很尊重自己,并且我認(rèn)為我也可以尊重這家公司。
4、I need to know what salary you want in order to make you an offer. Can you tell me a range?(我想知道如果你得到這份工作你想要的薪水是多少。你能告訴我一個(gè)大體范圍嗎?)
太極回答法:“I’d appreciate it if you could make me an offer based on whatever you have budgeted for this position and we can gofromthere.” This is a pretty direct response, so using words like “appreciate” focuses on drawing out the interviewer’s better qualities instead of her tougher side.
“如果我得到這份工作無論你提供的薪水是多少我都很感激,并且我們可以從那個(gè)水平開始。”這是十分直接的反應(yīng),因此用“感激”這樣的詞可以引出面試官更溫和親切的一面而非頑固的一面。

太極回答法:“I think you have a good idea of what this position is worth toyour company, and that’s important information for me to know.” Enough dancing–this is one last attempt to force you to give the number first. Hold your line here and you win.

1.Why do you think you’re qualified for this position?
你為什么覺得自己適合這個(gè)職位?
回答示范1: I think I’m qualified because the job duties of this position are 80% same as my last job. And the remaining 20% shouldn’t be a big problem because I’m quick and eager to learn. My ability to learn has been proven in my last job as well.
回答示范2: I studied your job ad and feel that I’m a good match. I have very good writing skillsand computer proficiency, which are much needed in this job. Your ad mentions Excel and I am very confident about my Excel skills. Actually, I’ve brought some forms I’ve made in Excel in my last job, but the data are not real, because of confidentiality policy, you know.
2.What about this position is especially attractive to you?

回答示范1: I would be doing similar things as in my last job but with a higher salary in a morereputable company. That’s the main attraction of this position to me.
回答示范2: This position is especially attractive to me as it is offered by Huawei. I trust Huawei. I think my job will be more secure than working insmaller companies. You know, if I perform well, I think I can have a long term development here.
回答示范3: The best part of this job, I think, is that it gives me an opportunity tobecome a professional in the shortest time. I can master auditing withyour comprehensive training. Learning a professional skill is particularly important to me as my major of Business English is a tool instead of a career.
3.What do you see in the position that is not attractive to you?

回答示范1: Frankly speaking, I still don’t know, since you never mentioned the downsides of this job either in the job ad or in the career talk. However, the office location is certainly not ideal to me, as I live in Fangcun and your office is in Tianhebei, I might have to rent a room nearby if I get this job.
回答示范2: To be honest, I can’t see any at this moment. But I’m prepared for some disappointments when I start doing it, as each job has a dark side. So far I found only one small disappointment. There is no subway station nearby so I may have to take a bus every day. And I have to be more careful with my wallet and mobile phone, you know, pick pockets, hehe.
4.Tell me what you know aboutour company.
說說你對(duì)這間公司的了解吧。
回答示范1: Actually, what I know aboutyour company is mostlyfromthe newspaper andinternet. For example, R&F is afast-growing company,fromone project in 1994, to 50 properties today. R&F Plaza, R&F Peach Garden and some other properties are highly successful. R&F also has successful business in Beijing and Tianjin, and the international expansion began in2005when R&F listed on the Hong Kong Stock Market. What’s more, I was very impressed that R&F donated 14 million Yuan to Jinan University last month. I think I’d be very proud to work in such agenerous company.
回答示范2: What I know about Kimberly is partlyfromthe Internetand newspaper, and partlyfrommy own experience of using Kimberly products. I am a loyal customer of Kleenex, and I sometimes choose Kotex. Well, the new product, I don’t know the English name, the fragrant tissue, is really my favorite. It’s a bit expensive, but I can’t resist it!
