In my first job, I worked in a small company where the division of labor was very clear，but I didn’t have much chance to enrich my experience. I have changed my job so frequently just because I have a higher goal for work. My former jobs made me see no chance for further advancement and I was not able to fully utilize my skills. Because I want to find an ideal company that I really want to work for for a long period of time, and then I would settle down and make a long-term contribution. And I hope the company would offer me with a more reasonable salary for I have a family.因為我想找到一家我真的愿意長期為之效勞的理想的公司，然后我會安定下來，并做出長久的貢獻。我也希望公司能給我提供較為合理的薪水，因為我有家庭。
