一、關(guān)于簡(jiǎn)歷的形式
簡(jiǎn)歷的投遞盡量用自己的郵箱將簡(jiǎn)歷以正文的方式粘貼上去,而不是正文一個(gè)字沒有而把簡(jiǎn)歷放在附件中或是用一些網(wǎng)站轉(zhuǎn)交等等功能(因?yàn)槭褂眠@些功能轉(zhuǎn)交過來的簡(jiǎn)歷很多時(shí)候顯示的主題甚至內(nèi)容是亂碼),當(dāng)然更不要寫我的簡(jiǎn)歷在我的博客中然后給個(gè)鏈接歡迎察看,一句話:沒時(shí)間。
【注意】不要把簡(jiǎn)歷放在附件中!
二、關(guān)于郵件的標(biāo)題
關(guān)于郵件的標(biāo)題問題,如果對(duì)方在招聘的時(shí)候已經(jīng)聲明了用哪種格式為主題,盡量照著做,因?yàn)檫@是它初步篩選的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。不要認(rèn)為一個(gè)hr一天收到的簡(jiǎn)歷只有幾份或幾十份,事實(shí)上是有幾百份甚至幾千分應(yīng)聘不同職位的信件。如果你的標(biāo)題只寫了“應(yīng)聘”或是“求職”或是“簡(jiǎn)歷”等等,這樣你自己也可以想象一下你的簡(jiǎn)歷的被關(guān)注程度。很可能就被忽略了!所以至少要寫上你應(yīng)聘的職位這樣才便于hr分門別類的去篩選。而且最好在標(biāo)題中就寫上自己的名字,這樣便于hr再次的`審核你的簡(jiǎn)歷。以避免其在一大群以“應(yīng)聘……”為標(biāo)題的簡(jiǎn)歷中一個(gè)一個(gè)打開來找你的簡(jiǎn)歷,這簡(jiǎn)直是對(duì)hr人員耐心的考驗(yàn)啊!
【注意】標(biāo)準(zhǔn)標(biāo)題:你要申請(qǐng)的職位-你的姓名-這份職位要求的工作地點(diǎn)
三、關(guān)于申請(qǐng)的職位
應(yīng)聘職位的名稱按公司在招聘中給出的寫就肯定沒問題了,不要自己隨意發(fā)揮。這個(gè)問題在學(xué)生中出現(xiàn)的比例還是比較小的,但即使是應(yīng)聘實(shí)習(xí)生的,一個(gè)大的公司也分為好幾種所以他怎么寫你怎么寫就對(duì)了。但是以后應(yīng)聘別的職位的時(shí)候一定要寫清楚,比如我們招聘“渠道部總經(jīng)理助理”,你偏偏要寫“總經(jīng)理助理”或是“渠道助理”;招聘“副總裁秘書”你偏偏要寫“總裁秘書”“文秘”;招聘“培訓(xùn)專員”你偏偏要寫“人力資源部專員”;招聘“售后技術(shù)工程師”你偏偏要寫“售后支持”“客服人員”“技術(shù)工程師”……這樣的例子簡(jiǎn)直不勝枚舉。很多時(shí)候你自己發(fā)明的詞都沒有對(duì)應(yīng)的職位所以你的簡(jiǎn)歷不管做得再好都得擱置在一邊了。
【注意】你自己至少要清楚你要做什么職位,至少是哪種類型的職位。
