一、用詞數(shù)字化
求職者所寫個(gè)人簡歷不僅要能充分的體現(xiàn)出自己的求職優(yōu)勢,以自己正面的一方來展現(xiàn)給招聘官,更重要的是讓對(duì)方信服。你寫的.簡歷再漂亮卻不能讓對(duì)方信服有什么用呢?在用詞上要用數(shù)字來描寫表達(dá),比如說“在工作中完成90%的任務(wù)指標(biāo)”與“在工作中完成大量的工作”,哪種更有說服力呢?自然是帶有數(shù)字的描述更可信一些。
二、用詞要具體化
有不少求職者所編寫個(gè)人簡歷總是喜歡使用“一些”、“很多”、“有時(shí)候”,這種不是很確定的描寫詞語。要知道在個(gè)人簡歷中一旦你不確定了,那用人單位的的招聘官就更不確定了,原本是重要優(yōu)勢的可能就變成了無足輕重的一點(diǎn)。在描述自己的技能、實(shí)力、工作成就的時(shí)候,要注意使用具體化的詞語,例如“在白金五星級(jí)酒店三年工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)”比之“在大酒店多年工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)”的描述效果要好。
三、表達(dá)要精確化
在眾多的個(gè)人簡歷中會(huì)有一些人因?yàn)樽陨淼母偁幜Σ蛔悖帉懸恍┍静粚儆谧约旱某删,用人單位在篩選人才的時(shí)候如何來判斷其真假呢?大多就是看其描寫是否精確,求職者要想個(gè)人簡歷得到對(duì)方的信任,在用詞表達(dá)方面的要非常精確,例如精確到某一天、某一具體的細(xì)節(jié)成就。
