          1. 招聘人員怎樣鑒別簡(jiǎn)歷? 寫得好,當(dāng)然要保留,如果其背景又是公司急需的, 可能馬上就要見;寫得不好的,就會(huì)丟掉,實(shí)際上,連看都不看。任何一個(gè)知名的大公司,每天都有成百上千人遞簡(jiǎn)歷,如果寫得太差,根本就不值得保留。因?yàn)檫@些公司認(rèn)為,一個(gè)人連自己的.簡(jiǎn)歷都寫不好,將來(lái)進(jìn)了公司,對(duì)外行文質(zhì)量不夠;對(duì)內(nèi)說件事情也說不清楚,公司肯定不要這樣的人。大家經(jīng)常說大公司的人訓(xùn)練有素,實(shí)際上這也是其中一方面。即使不進(jìn)大公司,簡(jiǎn)歷寫得不好,也會(huì)顯得不懂基本格式,沒有智慧。

          2. YRIS Your resume isscanned, not read.(“YRIS”)。一方面簡(jiǎn)歷要寫得好,另一方面招聘人員看簡(jiǎn)歷只是掃描式的,最初看也就是5秒鐘左右,寫得不好就扔了。首先你應(yīng)明白兩點(diǎn):第一,要了解招聘人員的工作性質(zhì)。第二,要熟悉行文格式、專業(yè)寫作。另外,YRIS還說明寫的內(nèi)容千萬(wàn)不要多,而且要控制在一頁(yè)內(nèi),因?yàn)闆]有人會(huì)認(rèn)真看您的簡(jiǎn)歷。

          3. 簡(jiǎn)歷中的任何字句,都有可能成為面試中的話題 一定要有把握的才寫,沒有把握的不要寫,要實(shí)事求是,千萬(wàn)不要夸張。外資公司是最忌諱撒謊的,一旦讓他覺得你在撒謊,你就喪失了進(jìn)入這個(gè)公司的資格。格式結(jié)構(gòu)如果已經(jīng)有全職工作了,一定把工作經(jīng)歷放在第二;如果您目前還是在校學(xué)生,應(yīng)該把教育背景放在第二。作為在職人員,若把教育背景放在前面,人家會(huì)對(duì)你很不重視。
