假期兼職招聘騙局大致可以分為下面幾種類型：
第一種是騙錢陷阱。
騙取錢財是最常見的，在招聘各個環節都可能出現，讓人防不勝防。一些“黑中介”通常要求大學生上崗前交報名費、注冊費、押金等，收了錢后，則給大學生一份無法在期限內完成的工作，或尋找各種理由不安排工作。一些“皮包公司”在面試大學生后，會要求其參加所謂上崗培訓，并要交培訓費，最后以培訓沒通過的.理由開脫。
第二種是騙力陷阱。
一些不良企業看準大學生法律意識不強，強迫其加班加點，甚至克扣工資。有的以試用期為借口，免費使用求職者一段時間后，找理由拒付薪酬。
第三種是傳銷陷阱。
從中國民間反傳銷協會志愿者處了解到，每到暑期、年關這兩個時間段，陷入傳銷組織的大學生就會成倍增加，其中許多人符合“網戀—異地見面—見面后被人身控制—陷入傳銷組織”這一特征。
