簡歷中主次不分
現(xiàn)在的很多簡歷,內(nèi)容龐雜,形式混亂,貪多求全,恨不得把所有的事情都寫上,結(jié)果,大雜燴,反倒讓人搞不清楚究竟應(yīng)聘者究竟想表達什么。不同的經(jīng)歷,展示不同的能力,同一經(jīng)歷,不同的描述,也能展示不同經(jīng)歷。寫的混亂,只會讓人覺得應(yīng)聘者思維混亂、主次不分、目標(biāo)不明。
你想成為什么樣的'人,就把自己塑造成什么樣的人,不要奢望招聘者當(dāng)伯樂。
重點不突出
閱歷少、經(jīng)驗不足,應(yīng)屆生而言都是和別人之間的差距,但至少教育背景會是一個亮點。但是在面試中發(fā)現(xiàn),有的應(yīng)聘者只言片語帶過自己的教育背景,甚至將本科教育經(jīng)歷和碩士教育經(jīng)歷寫在一行,很難發(fā)現(xiàn)是研究生。其實,企業(yè)對于應(yīng)屆生的考察,并不是特別重視社會經(jīng)驗,關(guān)鍵在考察應(yīng)屆生的學(xué)習(xí)能力、適應(yīng)能力、溝通能力和嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)程度。
瞎編簡歷
同一件事情,從不同角度可以進行不同描述,表達不同的目的,經(jīng)歷是可以挖掘的嘛。問題是,挖掘不等于編造。倘若是編造,沒吃過豬肉,看過豬走路,也可。但連豬走路都沒見過,卻編豬走路,豈不是瞎編?
深入提問幾下,水分立刻就出來了。
一個法學(xué)院本科生在被問及一年前所獨立撰寫的商業(yè)計劃書時,竟然說時間太久已經(jīng)忘了,荒唐:自己獨立撰寫的東西,這么快就忘,此等記憶力能做法律事務(wù)?或者,要么真忘了,那就別寫在簡歷中,要么寫了,就立馬去查閱以下過往資料,為什么不呢?懶!
求職靠的是實力,不是僥幸,不是純粹的運氣!
練好內(nèi)功,打好基礎(chǔ),才會成功!
與其反復(fù)奔波、飽受打擊,不如靜下心深入剖析自己、挖掘自己、充實自己先!
應(yīng)屆生剛剛步入社會,難免會感到彷徨,無助,但是這不是沒有找到好工作的借口,想要工作時要一心一意,找工作時就要盡心盡意,至少那樣會是自己先要的、感興趣的那個工作,只有什么細(xì)節(jié)都考慮到了,才能夠算上是圓滿了,加油吧。
