負責自動裝配過程日常管理工作,重點關注每個工作區的廢品率分析,應用柏拉圖分析設定優先等級。提出改進計劃和領導團隊完成項目。
3、 Monitor process quality issue once received customer complaint, or internal quality issue from QA, will lead the team to do investigation, root cause analysis and find action plan and follow up until closed
監控過程質量問題,一旦收到客戶投訴,或者來自QA的質量問題檢測報告,將負責領導生產團隊進行調查,原因分析以及尋找糾正措施計劃,并跟蹤直到完成。
4、 Have capability on preparing related validation plan and project (for equipment / product), and be indecently complete the validation report
準備有關項目(設備/產品)的驗證計劃,并能夠獨立完成驗證報告;
5、 Have capability on communication in English, be capable to communicate with oversea engineer on the project
具備良好的英語溝通能力,能夠就該項目與國外工程師進行溝通交流;
6、 Have capability on writing related document (including drawing, product specification, raw material specification, process map and process risk management and audit)
具備獨立編寫相關文件的能力(包括圖紙、產品規范、原材料規范、工藝流程圖及過程風險管理編制/審核);
7、 Have capability to train other engineer and sub technicians and guide how to work
具備對其他工程師及下屬技工進行培訓并指導其工作的能力。
