      Why do you think you are suitable for this position, and what differentiates you from other candidates?
First of all I am a student of Economics School, I have learnt theories about finance and business. Besides my personality fits this job’s requirement. People often describes me as an energic and outgoing girl. I always smile as I believe smiling can put everybody in a happy mood. I love working with others and get on well with others. Especially working under pressure is my strongpoint. So I am qualify to work for this position.

Please describe your mentioned activities in detail including the time frame, your responsibilities and the reference. You may also describe your greatest achievement and the greatest lesson you learned in this role, and how they would apply to your working life. Please give your answer in English.
  I have organized several activities, the one impressed me the most is the first one totally run by myself. It is the 4th "Students' Union" Cup competition, which is a traditional game at campus level and lasts the whole March.
I was the chief leader practically at that time, the most important responsibility for me was to run the game prosperous. Indeed I worked under great pressure, everthing from plan to awarding ceremony was arranged by myself, there always were problems, one after another. From it I learned two useful things apply to working: planning and managing time. Well planning is the only way to avoid disorganized. And manage your time properly could have things done as planed. Now if more than one things I have to do, I know which is the priority, and arrange them in proper.
The greatest achievement was let the whole university in a "basketball' mood. Schoolmates attended the match in various kind for example players fans or spectators. They even mentioned it the year after.

During this August, I worked in Asia-pacific International Trade Co., Ltd of GETDD as an intern. This is an state own company whose annual trading payment exceeds 60 million US dollars. My job is to assist the import of automobile's accessories. I had to prepare all needed documents for customs and payment transfer.
During Jan-Feb 2004 I worked in CTR as an partime editor. I was  responsible for recording program on selected channel, editing and adding the new one into  database. Meanwhile I should took care of the recording machines and dealed with video tapes. During the period I stayed the efficiency of my department had increased 50% .

Please give an example of a time when you developed a new or different solution to a problem. Why did you think the problem needed a new solution? How did you develop the new solution? What feedback did you receive on how it is working?
Answer 1:
Once I was the chief editor in Beiyangren Newspaper in Tianjin University. This newspaper was published each month, which costs more than 2000 RMB. Usually we get the money from school funding. I found that due to the popularity of Internet, few students will read the newspaper for more than once. So it is wasteful to some extent. So I developed a new idea. We could change the newspaper into magazine in order to increase the information contained in it to attract more people. Some members in out society thought that it would cost much money that we could not afford. I advised that some companies would like to put advertisement on our magazine and we could get sponsorship. This suggestion was approved and we started to contact with companies. As a result, we got enough money to publish the magazine, which was interesting and colorful. Both the students and the sponsor welcomed it. After that we found a new way of operating our society.  
Answer 2:
Every year our school have lots of sport games at all level held. Organizer can prepare everything except enough referees. Some may have enough budget to hire outside. But most of them ask us (Sports Department of SU at campus level) for help. Usually we find them by personal relationship.
As the result I decided to set up Student Referee Team. I told my fellows about my thought and ask them for opinions. They all supported and gave me lot of useful ideas. I wrote a proposal and submitted it to teachers. They agreed with the project and gave me some useful suggestions. Finally the team set up in the second semester of last academic year.
As far as I know the team works prosperously and some will be the referee of the 1st Asian University Athletic Championship.
