其實(shí)馬云的英文和中文一樣，語言都：簡單，明確，有力。他的理念其實(shí)都很簡單，像" 小即美 "，"small is beautiful", 往往這樣一句話就表達(dá)清楚了他的生意到底怎么做。這也是他的厲害之處，很多人引經(jīng)據(jù)典幾個(gè)小時(shí)就講不清的事兒他往往幾句就能一針見血得講清楚，而且大家都能聽懂。我老板最喜歡說的一句話是，如果你解釋自己的工作時(shí)，你奶奶都能懂，那么你就做到有效溝通了。
你可以比馬云帥，每天被帥醒，但是你未必會(huì)有馬云的職場(chǎng)英文好。溝通交流在職場(chǎng)上有多么重要，你若能像職業(yè)人一樣清晰有效的表達(dá)和推銷自己，準(zhǔn)確鎖定問題的核心，精確作答，就可以打贏面試這一關(guān)鍵戰(zhàn)役。
我們上一次講了如何反問面試官，以及如何準(zhǔn)備面試官必問的問題。這次我們聊聊如何應(yīng)對(duì)難啃的問題。
下面我們來手把手教你在職場(chǎng)面試中 talk like a pro。
最好的準(zhǔn)備面試的方式就是提前練習(xí)。對(duì)于未知事物的恐懼只存在于未知。如果你可以將未知變?yōu)橐阎驼莆樟酥鲃?dòng)權(quán)。
以下是我們列出來的一些面試中最困難的問題。有些問題很陰險(xiǎn)，看似簡單，實(shí)則非常難回答。但是一旦你悉心準(zhǔn)備好了應(yīng)對(duì)這些問題，這些未知陰險(xiǎn)的陷阱，就會(huì)被輕松跨過了。
不過，在回答這些問題的時(shí)候，你要注意，別回答那些陳詞濫調(diào)的老答案。面試官每天見那么多人，他們的耳朵都起老繭了。
1. Tell me about yourself.
看上去好簡單啊。“我叫Tom, 是XX大學(xué)XX專業(yè)的畢業(yè)生。”要是這樣回答，那你就傻了。
面試官想要的是在短時(shí)間內(nèi)馬上根據(jù)你的回答判定你是否是他們需要的人才。你需要提到的是你的學(xué)術(shù)背景，你為什么對(duì)這個(gè)工作感興趣，和你如何qualify。句子別太長，要容易記憶和引起注意。
2. What is your long-range objective?
這個(gè)問題的變種是你的`五年/十年規(guī)劃是什么?面試官問這個(gè)問題來看一看你是否對(duì)自己有職業(yè)規(guī)劃。
你可以這樣說： "Within five years, I would like to become the very best XXX (加入你所追求的職位)your company has on staff. I want to work toward becoming the expert that others rely upon. And in doing so, I feel I'll be fully prepared to take on any greater responsibilities which might be presented in the long term. For example, here is what I'm presently doing to prepare myself…"
3. How has your education prepared you for your career?
這個(gè)問題是你在申請(qǐng)你的學(xué)校和專業(yè)的時(shí)候就應(yīng)該想清楚的。用在職場(chǎng)面試中，你要把學(xué)到的知識(shí)和技能與要申請(qǐng)的職位掛鉤。
比如說： "My education has focused on not only the learning the fundamentals, but also on the practical application of the information learned in those classes. For example, I played a leading role in a class project where we gathered and analyzed best practice data from this industry. Let me tell you more about the results…"
4. Are you a team player?
每個(gè)人都會(huì)說當(dāng)然是啦。但是其實(shí)這并不是一個(gè)是非問題。你需要舉出實(shí)例來回答該問題。
比如說： "Yes, I'm very much a team player. In fact, I've had opportunities in my work, school and athletics to develop my skills as a team player. For example, on a recent project…"
5. Have you ever had a conflict with a boss or professor? How was it resolved?
這個(gè)問題在美國職場(chǎng)上還挺常見的。面試官想聽到你是如何解決問題的。
你可以說: "Yes, I have had conflicts in the past. Never major ones, but there have been disagreements that needed to be resolved. I've found that when conflict occurs, it helps me fully understand the other persons’ perspective, so I take the time to listen to their point of view, then I seek to work out a collaborative solution. For example…"
6. What is your greatest weakness?
啊哈，關(guān)于這個(gè)問題的回答方式簡直都要爛大街了。比如說“我太喜歡工作了，我簡直就是一個(gè)工作狂”。好吧，千萬別這么回答好嗎。你應(yīng)該舉例說明一個(gè)你積極克服掉的毛病。
比如說： "I have had trouble in the past with planning and prioritization. However, I'm now taking steps to improve this. I just started using a pocket planner…" then show them your planner and how you are using it.
在回答這些問題的時(shí)候，要注意這些只是一些例子。千萬別直接使用所有的詞句。你一定要personalize你的所有回答，并且練習(xí)到讓自己感到舒服為止。
