你愿意加班嗎?
It depends on the work I have to do and my ability to perform it. If I have the capability to complete it, I don’t mind working overtime. However, if I didn’t have the ability to complete the task, it would be risky to take it over.
這要看我需要做的工作和我的能力啦。如果我有能力完成一項(xiàng)工作，我不介意加班。但如果我沒(méi)有足夠的能力來(lái)完成任務(wù)，接下來(lái)這份工作可能有風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
I won’t mind working overnight for a couple of days or even weeks in times of tight deadlines. However, I hope the projects are scheduled properly so that working overtime is not too common.
如果時(shí)間緊迫的話，我不介意加幾天，甚至是幾周的`班。但是我希望工作項(xiàng)目都能有適當(dāng)?shù)挠?jì)劃，這樣加班就不會(huì)變成家常便飯。
I am a very responsible person. I have definite planning, and I go with that in a systematic way, so in case I am behind schedule, I will surely work overnight and make sure I complete it in time.
我是一個(gè)很有責(zé)任心的人。我有一定的計(jì)劃，并且能夠系統(tǒng)性的按照計(jì)劃來(lái)做事，因此如果我進(jìn)度比計(jì)劃慢，我一定會(huì)連夜加工，保證按時(shí)完成任務(wù)。
I do understand that it occasionally be necessary in the software industry to work overtime. Generally, I feel that the work can be completed on time if we work hard and utilize the work hours well. However, I have no problem working overtime if the project deadlines are very tight and require me to do so.
我明白在軟件行業(yè)有時(shí)必須加班。一般來(lái)說(shuō)，我覺(jué)得如果我們認(rèn)真工作、合理利用工作時(shí)間，任務(wù)是可以按時(shí)完成的。但是如果項(xiàng)目的截止日期很緊，需要加班，我是完全沒(méi)有問(wèn)題的。
