　　【論文摘要】 我國刑事訴訟中超期羈押現象長期以來一直未能得到有效遏制,已經出臺了的有關糾防超期羈押的制度也未得到真正落實.為此,本文在闡述了超期羈押的概念,危害性及其長期存在的原因的基礎上,著重提出了一些解決超期羈押的對策:轉變執法觀念,提高執法人員素質;填補現行法律漏洞,完善羈押立法規定;完善對超期羈押的監督機制和救濟程序;建立羈押的替代措施
