摘要
創(chuàng)業(yè)是金融危機背景下促進我國大學(xué)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)的重要途徑。我國大學(xué)生“知識失業(yè)”始于本世紀(jì)初, 且發(fā)展為日益緊迫的經(jīng)濟和社會問題。在當(dāng)前國際金融危機的影響下, 國內(nèi)總體經(jīng)濟形勢下滑, 使大學(xué)生就業(yè)形勢更加嚴(yán)峻。造成大學(xué)生“知識失業(yè)”的原因是多方面的。從創(chuàng)業(yè)的角度看, 其中之一就是長期以來我國的創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境極不善,直接影響了大學(xué)畢業(yè)生的創(chuàng)業(yè)與就業(yè)。金融危機以來, 中央、地方相關(guān)政府部門相繼出臺了一系列政策, 力圖通過改善創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境促進大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè), 這表明扶持大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)在當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟形勢下對于開拓就業(yè)渠道、緩解就業(yè)壓力具有更為重要的意義。

In the current under the influence of international financial crisis, the domestic economy overall situation, make college students employment decline more severe. College educated unemployment caused the
reason is various. From the perspective o f entrepreneurship, one of which was long the poineering environment in China very badly, directly affect the university
graduates of entrepreneurship and employment. Since the financial crisis, the central and local relevant government departments have issued a series of policy, tries to promote college student ameliorative poineering environment, suggesting that
support business students in business in the current economic situation for exploiting employment channels, relieve employment pressure are more important significance.
