篇一：自我介紹應該突出的三方面優勢
大凡進入面試，面試官最常問的問題就是：先來做下自我介紹吧!自我介紹因此成了一個面試的開胃菜。俗話說好的開始是成功的一半，又曰：第一印象最重要。當你來到了面試官前面，如果能做好自己的自我介紹，那么將會是事半功倍，否則事倍功半。
本人在整個求職歷程中經歷了多場面試，通過不斷的自我總結，漸漸發展出了一套比較適合自己的自我介紹套路。雖然說，每個人都有自己不同的方式，但是我還是拿出來和大家分享，希望能給大家一點啟示。
首先要明確，自我介紹不是真的要做個自我介紹，讓對方了解你。事實上，HR并不想完全了解你，他也沒有時間，并且在聽你介紹前早已經看過了你的簡歷。就是說自我介紹只是個讓HR了解你表達能力以及臨場應變能力的手段而已。明白了這一點，我們就能夠有的放矢做好自我介紹。
看過很多關于自我介紹的所謂寶典，基本都是以怎么全面地介紹為重點呢。其實我覺得這很不利，就像一個人跟你介紹了很多東西但是沒有終點到頭來你什么都不記得了。比如說我在工行一面的時候一個上海理工的應屆生背了面經，自我介紹頭頭是道，但是基本集中在社會經歷并且講了很多無關痛癢的話，這就變得非常的散，沒有重點。自我介紹也跟文章一樣，要有主心骨，要有層次和邏輯，讓聽的人又聽的欲望，這才對!
好了講了這么多，開始講我的自我介紹。首先，要對自己的情況了如指掌。比如說，我總結了我的幾個優勢：1、英語好。2、專業是金融背景的。3、性格方面的優勢(這一點大家基本都可以寫進去，畢竟性格無優劣，嘿嘿)。在分析了自己之后，可以定下我的自我介紹的主心骨，也就是層次。我的自我介紹因此就分為三部分：
1、突出我的英語的優勢
2、突出我的金融專業的優勢
3、突出我的性格方面的優勢
那么怎么進行一個自我介紹的開場白呢?首先，姓名是少不了了，我叫***，英文名也順帶一起報了，然后說我的學校和專業是什么。好了，基本信息就夠了，什么年齡等等啊簡歷上都有了，不用費口舌。
下面第一句話，我用的是：“和其他應聘者相比，我的競爭優勢主要集中在三方面(或：我感覺自己和其他應聘者相比有三大優勢)，第一是我的英語優勢。我比較喜歡英語，在大學期間我努力學習了英語，因此我在大學英語四六級考試中均獲得了優秀的好成績;同時我也很重視實用性的英語，通過自己的不懈努力我通過了上海市英語中級口譯和高級口譯考試，獲得了資格證書，這兩張都是含金量高難度高的考試;同時利用課余時間我通過了法語四級考試。所以說，應于是我的一大競爭優勢�！�
接下來馬上第二點：“我的第二個優勢是我的專業優勢。我的專業是金融學國際銀行業務，通過這四年的學習，我對金融知識(銀行知識)有了較多了解，因此我自信能夠勝任該崗位。要說的是，上海正在建設國際金融中心。所謂國際，就是需要外語要好的人才;所謂金融，就是專業基礎要扎實。為此我還考出了人民銀行頒發的金融英語證書，因此我可以說是一個金融英語的復合型人才�！�
第三點：“我為人比較低調，具有團隊協作精神，并且我比較勤懇，相信做什么事只要花了功夫就一定能作好。另外我比較自信，對待事情開朗樂觀，比較容易與人打交道。這就是我的三個優勢。但是我有時不是很有耐心，急于求成;有時太過于苛刻，力求完美，這將使我今后要改進的地方�！�

3、語速要慢一點，注意抑揚頓挫。

第一節 常見的面試問題
1. 請做一個自我介紹。
在準備中英文自我介紹時，請君注意：

3、獨立自主生活的能力很強，在外求學的時間長，大部分事情都是自己做主，從不讓家人費心，雖然人看起來很小，但實際上卻總是很照顧身邊朋友，扮演姐姐的角色。比如舍友在生活上有什么問題經常都幫忙解決，而且適應環境的速度很快。
“缺點”：
1、過于追求全面和細節，總想把所有事都做好，總是要反復核對，才做出決定，若是時間充裕的話自然是優點，但如果事情有輕重緩急的時候，不擅長做取舍，
2、做事比較計較別人的意見和評價，沒法完全按照自己的想法來，怕別人說我做的不好，做的不夠優秀。
3、性格內斂、保守，不太善于過多的交際，和陌生人交往比較拘謹。比如剛進入大學時不敢主動，沒有積極參與學院、班級事務，但后來鼓起勇氣，先后競選并擔任學習委員、班長，一點點做出改變，提高了待人處事的能力。
4、身體素質會比較差，雖然大病沒有，但頭痛感冒什么的還挺頻繁的，不過今年2月初以來一直有堅持每天鍛煉半個小時到一個小時，能一直堅持的話精神狀態肯定會好很多。
