很多求職者，在面試時，因為有足夠面試經(jīng)驗，知道如何準備面試，最后都能游刃有余完成面試。但是這樣表現(xiàn)僅僅在于中文來面試或者在國內(nèi)企業(yè)面試，但是如果換成外企或者是在國外求職面試時候，往往再強“面霸”都會打個6,7折。對于將要有一場英文面試朋友來說，最好還是面試前做好充足準備，也許你英文已經(jīng)夠流利，但是面試不只是普通交流，而且面試前一定要徹底解公司背景，同時一定要懂得英文面試技巧，這樣話我們才能更好來準備面試，和在面試過程中順利發(fā)揮我們水平。
面試在求職過程中，可以說是壓力最大一個環(huán)節(jié)。面對外國老板連珠炮似提問，如果能回答得從容不迫、簡明扼要，恰當中肯，而且合乎老外口味，那么肯定會大大增加你錄用機會。以下經(jīng)驗就是有關英文面試一些準備和技巧，希望提供大家參考。
一、英語面試前準備：
1. 準備好所有證書材料，譬如與專業(yè)能力相關資格證書，或參加 培訓 資料，最好和應征職務有直接關聯(lián)，不但可證明自己在這一方面所做努力，也表示具有這個潛能。
2. 面試時自我介紹內(nèi)容應強調應征動機以及想應征崗位，因此收集好相關崗位情報，自我介紹時才能胸有成竹，切合主題。
3. 對目標公司所在地、規(guī)模、在全球活動概況等要事先有所解，包括總公司在國內(nèi)設立分公司時間、業(yè)績表現(xiàn)、經(jīng)營規(guī)模，以及今后打算開展業(yè)務等，若能得到業(yè)界評價更好。如無法得到書面資料，也要設法從該公司或其他同業(yè)中獲得情報。
二、英語面試時表現(xiàn)3方面（誠意，能力，業(yè)績）：
回答問題時口齒要清晰、語調適中。內(nèi)容要有條理、避免重復。介紹工作經(jīng)歷采用倒序，從最近一份工作談起，著重強調有利于新工作職務經(jīng)歷。最好能說明曾擔任何種職務、實際成績、業(yè)績等，以及自己工作對原來公司影響。凡和此次應征不相關內(nèi)容，盡量避免提及。話題緊扣以下3方面來展現(xiàn)自己優(yōu)勢。
1、誠意。某個問題發(fā)表完見解之后，可以附帶加上一句：I?d like to hear your opinion.(我很想聽聽你意見。)這句話表明你對面試人尊敬，很容易使他(她)產(chǎn)生親切感。當面試人在試探你應聘誠意時，應該及時表態(tài)：So far as that is concerned， you must have understood my determination.(談到這里，您一定已經(jīng)明白我決心。)問些與工作內(nèi)容相關問題，能表現(xiàn)你對這份工作興趣。如：What other responsibilities do you think this job will include?
2、能力。當你知道招聘單位目前急于用人時，首先把自己專長講足說夠，然后順理成章地得出結論：I think your unit needs a man like me.(我想，貴單位需要象我這樣人才。)用這樣句式，讓面試人認為你是站在他們立場上說話，在替他們發(fā)展考慮問題，于是更容易接受你。陳述自己任職資格時，可以這么開頭：I?m qualified for the job because……(我能勝任這項工作，是因為……)接著陳述理由。當面試人在審視你究竟能不能勝任此職時，參照標準已不再是他心目中標準，而是你列舉理由。
3、業(yè)績。外國公司面試喜歡用事實說話，用數(shù)字說話，為證明你能力，你可以把過去經(jīng)歷聯(lián)系起來，說明你曾經(jīng)為以前公司解決過跟現(xiàn)在雇主所面臨類似問題：I explored BEIJING market and sold 50，000 sets in one year.(我開發(fā)北京市場，一年銷售出去5萬套。)
三、英語面試時具備3P原則：
自我介紹時應該記住“3P原則”：Pertinent(中肯)，Personal(個性)，Positive(自信)。
談吐自信，就是要積極地進行自我肯定，讓面試人充分解你優(yōu)點與潛能。突出個性，就是要把自己與眾不同特點發(fā)揮出來，強調自己專業(yè)與能力。語氣中肯，就是要實事求是，不要言過其實，夸夸其談，也不要涉及和自己無關事情。
自我介紹應簡潔明，給面試人留下思路清晰、反應快捷、邏輯性強印象。自我介紹時間不宜太長，話不宜太多，最好控制在五分鐘之內(nèi)。不要一談起自己就口若懸河，滔滔不絕，以免言多語失。另外，在自我介紹時應避免過多地使用“I”(我)，不要每個句子一開頭就冒出一個“I”字，給人留下自我標榜、以自我為中心印象。
靈活應聘者往往會把“我”開頭話，變成“你”字打頭。例如，面試人說：Would you please say something about yourself?(請你談談自己情況好嗎?)應聘者則說：Do you want me to talk about my personal life or to say something about the job?(你想讓我談談我個人生活呢，還是與這份工作有關問題?)這樣，你談話就把面試人擺進去。這種談話方式所產(chǎn)生效果是不言而喻。面試畢竟是面試人與應聘者互相溝通一種場合，應聘者時常把面試人擺進自己談話當中去，自然而然就起到互相溝通作用。
英語面試中，當然要對英語口語一個要求是很高，所以在投遞簡歷后，我們就可以開始準備我們面試（這樣準備時間會更充足），我們可以多找一些英語面試題庫來做參考，同時多準備一些句型。這樣準備好后，能讓我們面試更加事半功倍。
