第一，考察自我介紹的內容和簡歷是否相識，求職者在面試的時候切記要符合簡歷的真實性。否則面試官會“打假”
第二，考察求職的邏輯思維能力，語言表達能力
第三，考察求職者現場掌控能力
第四，考察求職者的初步的自我認知能力和價值取向。因為被面試者要敘述職業切換關鍵節點處的原因，尤其要考察最近職業變動的原因。
