I am 26 years old,born in shandong province .
I was graduated from qingdao university. my major is electronic.and i got my bachelor degree after my graduation in the year of 20xx.
I spend most of my time on study,i have passed CET4/6 . and i have acquired basic knowledge of my major during my school time.
In July 20xx, I begin work for a small private company as a technical support engineer in QingDao city.Because I'm capable of more responsibilities, so I decided to change my job.
And in August 20xx,I left QingDao to BeiJing and worked for a foreign enterprise as a automation software test engineer.Because I want to change my working environment, I'd like to find a job which is more challenging. Morover Motorola is a global company, so I feel I can gain the most from working in this kind of company ennvironment. That is the reason why I come here to compete for this position.
I think I'm a good team player and I'm a person of great honesty to others. Also I am able to work under great pressure.

My name is mingmingzhou , graduated from Computer Science Department of Wuhan University.During my four-year study in the university as an under-graduate student, I have built up a solid foundation of professional knowledge, as well as a rich experience of social activities. 技巧一：注意英語時態的變化運用
應聘者在參加英語面試前大都作過充分的語言知識的準備與練習。那么在眾多的英語語法規則中為什么要單獨強調時態的運用呢?
其一是因為由于和漢語的表達習慣不同(漢語中動詞沒有時態變化)，這是一個口語中極其常見的錯誤。但同時來說，時態又是比較基本的語法點，一旦用錯，會讓面試官對面試者的英語能力產生質疑。
其二是因為在面試過程中，往往會涉及到很多關于個人經歷，教育背景，工作經驗，職業規劃等方面的問題，因此在表述某件事情或是某個想法的時候，一定要注意配合正確的時態，否則就會造成差之毫厘，失之千里的后果。例如：你已經參加過某項專業技能培訓與你正在參加或計劃參加就是完全不同的。
技巧二：尊重個人及文化差異
