自我介紹技巧
(1)自我介紹應(yīng)在適當(dāng)?shù)臅r(shí)間進(jìn)行。進(jìn)行自我介紹,最好選擇在對(duì)方有興趣、有空閑、情緒好、干擾少、有要求之時(shí)。如果對(duì)方興趣不高、工作很忙、干擾較大、心情不好、沒有要求、休息用餐或正忙于其他交際之時(shí),則不太適合進(jìn)行自我介紹。
(2)講究態(tài)度
�、賾B(tài)度要保持自然、友善、親切、隨和,整體上講求落落大方,笑容可掬。
�、诔錆M信心和勇氣。忌諱妄自菲雹心懷怯藐。要敢于正視對(duì)方的雙眼,顯得胸有成竹,從容不迫。
�、壅Z(yǔ)氣自然,語(yǔ)速正常,語(yǔ)音消晰。生硬冷漠的語(yǔ)氣、過(guò)快過(guò)慢的語(yǔ)速,或者含糊不清的語(yǔ)音,都會(huì)嚴(yán)重影響自我介紹者的形象。
(3)追求真實(shí)。進(jìn)行自我介紹時(shí)所表述的各項(xiàng)內(nèi)容,一定要實(shí)事求是,真實(shí)可信。過(guò)分謙虛,一味貶低自己去討好別人,或者自吹自擂,夸大其詞,都是不足取的.。
