首先，眾校長(zhǎng)致開幕詞。之后我們就展開了激烈的.比賽。第一場(chǎng)，就是我們?nèi)昙?jí)的集體項(xiàng)目——繞物接力了。比賽人數(shù)為10女10男，我也在當(dāng)中，是第四棒。
隨著裁判員一聲吶喊：“各就各位——預(yù)備——跑！”我方隊(duì)員就像箭一般“彈”了出去。拉拉隊(duì)同學(xué)們的喝彩聲和歡呼聲也隨即響了起來，一陣一陣的，這兒的聲音剛停下，那兒的聲音就響了起來，真可以說是此起彼伏。前面跑得還不錯(cuò)，可是過了一會(huì)兒，我的好心情突然被一聲清脆的“啪”打斷了。完了！掉棒了！我方頓時(shí)鴉雀無聲。哎！就因?yàn)檫@個(gè)，我們班才從前幾名一下子滑落到了后三名。

連續(xù)3天的我院第八次運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)終于在緊張，激烈的氛圍中結(jié)束了。此次運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)是我在進(jìn)大學(xué)來第一次參加的運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)，去年由于外訓(xùn)沒有參加，連會(huì)場(chǎng)都沒有進(jìn)過，所以連是怎樣的氣氛也沒有感受過。
此次運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)讓我深刻體會(huì)到什么是真正的緊張，激烈。我不知道去年我們工學(xué)院是怎樣的一個(gè)場(chǎng)景和成績(jī)，但是我想說的是此次運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)我們工學(xué)院很成功，無論是運(yùn)動(dòng)員的努力還是沒有坐在觀眾席上拉拉隊(duì)的氛圍都是整個(gè)寧職院最好的，這點(diǎn)不論是哪個(gè)學(xué)院包括人數(shù)最多的基礎(chǔ)學(xué)院都是沒有辦法和我們相比的。當(dāng)一個(gè)商學(xué)院的干部對(duì)我說"你們工學(xué)院那么強(qiáng)，人那么少，吶喊聲那么大！佩服！"雖然人家說的只是一句很普通的話，但是我卻感覺很舒服，因?yàn)樗窃诳湮覀儗W(xué)院。沒錯(cuò)，我們學(xué)院的確是整個(gè)寧職院人數(shù)最少的一個(gè)分院，而且運(yùn)動(dòng)員也是最少的，得的分?jǐn)?shù)最少的，不過盡管我們輸了分?jǐn)?shù)，但是我們贏了氣勢(shì)。我想不管任何比賽，比賽的結(jié)果其實(shí)不重要，重要的是在這個(gè)過程中大家的一種團(tuán)結(jié)，互助精神的培養(yǎng)和體現(xiàn)！
在此次運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)中我真正看到了我們工學(xué)院同學(xué)們那種團(tuán)結(jié)的精神，這是我在基礎(chǔ)學(xué)院時(shí)沒有看到過的，我們暫且不說運(yùn)動(dòng)員的精神，我們來說觀眾席上的那些同學(xué)，我們安排的每個(gè)時(shí)間段觀看比賽的班級(jí)的同學(xué)，大家都很積極，很堅(jiān)持地坐在觀眾席上，而且很努力地喊著："運(yùn)動(dòng)員加油！工學(xué)院加油！"雖然下雨了，刮風(fēng)，天很冷，但是同學(xué)們都堅(jiān)持著，一直到最后。這樣的場(chǎng)景認(rèn)為能夠所有的人看了都會(huì)感動(dòng)。更值得一提的是當(dāng)我們的學(xué)生干部喉嚨嘶啞時(shí)，同學(xué)們居然能主動(dòng)地拿起話筒幫我們一起帶頭喊加油。每一場(chǎng)比賽，每一輪，只要有我們學(xué)院運(yùn)動(dòng)員的，他們就站起來吶喊。此時(shí)他們不再分班級(jí)，不再分男女，大家心中只有一個(gè)概念"這是我們學(xué)院的運(yùn)動(dòng)員"，在這里我們能夠清楚地知道什么叫"團(tuán)結(jié)精神"。
我們?cè)谶@次運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)中所有的負(fù)責(zé)人都是我們剛剛選舉產(chǎn)生的第五屆學(xué)生干部，大家雖然以前沒有做過干部，但是在這次運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)中每個(gè)干部都很努力，不論哪個(gè)部門，不論是否是自己的負(fù)責(zé)的范圍，大家在努力做好自己的本職工作時(shí)還不忘問一下其他部門是否需要幫忙，學(xué)生會(huì)本身就是一個(gè)大家庭，要的就是這樣的團(tuán)隊(duì)。如果一個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)每個(gè)人都很散，大家都只顧自己的事情，不去過問別人，那永遠(yuǎn)不成一個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)，它只能是一個(gè)小分隊(duì)，永遠(yuǎn)做不好事情，永遠(yuǎn)不可能將活動(dòng)提高到更高的檔次。每個(gè)部長(zhǎng)都做的比較好，在將干事的工作都安排到位的.同時(shí)，都能在工作中都能夠做到以身作則，積極主動(dòng)地帶頭做事，這樣又促進(jìn)了干事的工作積極性。這一點(diǎn)在以后的工作中應(yīng)該繼續(xù)發(fā)揚(yáng)。
在這次運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)過程中，我覺得每個(gè)部門的工作做的都比較好，例如：宣傳部做的很到位，能夠及時(shí)地將運(yùn)動(dòng)員的信息通知給運(yùn)動(dòng)員和各位同學(xué)；生活部能夠及時(shí)地為運(yùn)動(dòng)員提供水等，并能夠及時(shí)安排人員去接長(zhǎng)跑的運(yùn)動(dòng)員；體育部能夠及時(shí)通知運(yùn)動(dòng)員到位等等。每個(gè)部門都很積極努力。這是大家有目共睹的。
當(dāng)然好的方面我們要表揚(yáng)，差的方面我們更要正視的，發(fā)揚(yáng)好的，改正差的我們才能進(jìn)步。在此次運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)我們也還存在著一些不足，這些我們?cè)谝院蟮幕顒?dòng)中都是要避免再次出現(xiàn)的。比如：在運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)的第一天上午，我們沒能及時(shí)安排好各班的觀眾席位置，同學(xué)們?nèi)逡蝗旱貋y坐，以致于學(xué)習(xí)部在點(diǎn)名時(shí)沒有辦法找全各班到席的同學(xué)。但是在上午結(jié)束后，學(xué)習(xí)部的干部就能及時(shí)補(bǔ)救，從而使下午的秩序很穩(wěn)定。另外，在第一天時(shí)因?yàn)闆]有通知各班班長(zhǎng)注意衛(wèi)生，導(dǎo)致在會(huì)后我們的場(chǎng)地很臟，但是生活部也及時(shí)地采取措施，使后來的幾天里，各班同學(xué)在結(jié)束后，各班的班干部都能自覺地留下來帶走本班留下的垃圾。拉拉隊(duì)在起先的時(shí)候雖然很積極，但是沒有組織性，很亂，但后來經(jīng)過調(diào)整，后來的拉拉隊(duì)簡(jiǎn)直可以說是成為了一道風(fēng)景線！在每一次會(huì)后我們都能及時(shí)地總結(jié)討論我們所犯的錯(cuò)誤，及時(shí)采取方法改正補(bǔ)救。我覺得這是我們以后不管搞什么活動(dòng)都必需的一道程序。

每天晚自習(xí)都可以看見在大操場(chǎng)上有幾個(gè)正在奔跑的.人影，那就是我們班的同學(xué)們正在訓(xùn)煉體能，她們不怕辛苦，不怕摔跤，她們心中有一個(gè)共同的聲音就是“不放棄”！
我們雖然有很多項(xiàng)目，但我最喜歡的是接力和大繩，考驗(yàn)的是同學(xué)之間的配合，團(tuán)結(jié)，跌倒了我們爬起來，大繩是我們的一個(gè)集體項(xiàng)目，要控制繩的力度和速度，同學(xué)們都很累，但是沒有人抱怨，因?yàn)槲覀兪前税�，所以好多同學(xué)都在練習(xí)。
加油！八班運(yùn)動(dòng)員們都在積極“備戰(zhàn)”，努力地練習(xí)為班級(jí)爭(zhēng)光，希望在運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)上獲得好成績(jī)！
