In recent years, college students find it increasingly difficult to get a job. It sounds strange since young college students are usually intelligent, well-educated phenomenon, aspirant and eager to bring their talent into full play. Then what underlies the strange phenomenon? high. All they want are “good” jobs which could offer good salary, comfortable working conditions, high social status among others. Consequently, most college students are unwilling to accept vacant jobs they consider not “good” enough. Another reason is that there is a big gap between the majors some students study in school and the demands of vacant jobs. So companies think some students are not fit for the jobs.
Solution to the problem requires efforts on both the society and the students. The companies should value the students, talent and knowledge while the latter should not merely aim at material gains. They should be down-to–earth in building up their career. Furthermore, they should face their weak points so as to improve themselves and be more competent.

Ladies and Gentlemen, Honorable Judges, Good afternoon.
I come from one of the most lovely and attractive areas of China, the PearlRiver Delta of Guangdong Province and I'd love to say a few words about thisarea that is so dear to my heart.
Guangdong Province is a magically beautiful wonderland, with endlessnatural treasures. The lush and green mountains are inhabited by songbirds andexotic animals; the farm land is fertile and productive, providing all of itspeople with wonderfully nutritious grains and all the fruits they need to behealthy and strong. The Pearl River meanders through the province and eventuallycomes to our beautiful seashore with crystal clear blue water, flourishing withall kinds of different fish and sea creatures. All these natural advantages helpto boost the ever-expanding economy of Guangdong and increase the welfare of itspeople.
Guangdong is privileged to have such a beautiful landscape, with hundredsof historical sites and places of great interest to local people and foreignersalike. Our capital city, Guangzhou, is also known as "the city of flowers".Everywhere you look you will see flourishing plants and blossoming flowersoverflowing with vigor.
The people of Guagdong are very friendly to visitors from anywhere. Whoeveryou are and wherever you come from, Guangdong people will greet you with theonly language---Guangdong dialect.
Guangdong is also known as the Chinese capital of delicious food. There isan old saying that "The only best delicacies are in Guangdong.” Food from thisprovince is internationally famous. Its variety of tastes, shapes and colors cansatisfy even the most refined palette. I'm sure, the moment you seat yourself ata Cantonese banquet, your appetite will naturally become keen and eager to tasteall the numerous delicacies of the region. Here are but a few I will mention inpassing: steamed fish in ginger sauce, seasoned chicken, drunken shrimp, dancefish balls, fried jellyfish, roast suckling pig or duck, braised crispy chickenor squab, shark fin soup, moon cakes, refreshments and desert, and so many more.My mouth is watering just at the sound of these wonderful dishes.

Saying goodbye to childhood,we step into another important time in the pace of young, facing new situations, dealing with different problems.....
everyone has his ownunderstanding of young,it is a period of time of beauty and wonders, only after you have
experienced the sour ,sweet ,bitter and salty can you really become a person of significance.thre time of young is limitted,it may pass by without your attention, and when you discover what has happened ,it is always too late.grasping the young well means a better time is waiting for you in the near future,or the situation may be opposite .
having a view on these great men in the history of hunmanbeing, they all made full use of their youth time ,to do things that are useful to society,to the whole mankind, and as a cosquence ,they are remembered by later
generations, admired by everyone.so do something in the time of young, although you may not get achievements as these greatmen did ,though not for the whole word, just for youeself, for those around!
the young is just like blooming flowers, they are so beautiful when blooming, they make people feel happy, but with time passing by,after they withers ,moet people think they are ugly.and so it is the same with young,we are enthusiastic when we are young, then we may lose our passion when getting older and older.so we must treasure it ,don't let the limitted time pass by ,leaving nothing of significance.

I can never forget the summer in 1996. I went through an extremity ofdespair due to my failure in the National College Entrance Examination. Itseemed that my dream of being a university student would never come true. Oneevening my father came and told me the story of Steven Callahan, who wascrossing the Atlantic alone in his sailboat when it struck something and sank.It was a miracle that he survived and was found 76 days later(the longest anyonehas survived a shipwreck on a life raft alone). Later in his narrative he wrotethese sentences “I tell myself I can handle it .Compared to what others havebeen through I’m fortunate”.
Hearing these sentences I felt something important struck me. I belived mylife would mot be that bad and it was proved to be true. Later during my studyin the university I always told myself “I can handle it” when my own goalsseemed far off or when my problems seemed too overwhelming and every time I saidit ,I always came back to my senses.
Now I work as an English teacher in a middle school. Whenever my studentscomplain about their difficulties in study or want to give up, I will tell thesame story of Callahan to them. I just want to make them believe they can handletheir difficulties because their circumstances are only bad compared tosomething better. But others have been through much worse. Then they will buildup fortitude.
So here, coming to us from the extreme edge of survival, are words that cangive us strength. Whatever you’re going through, tell yourself you can handleit. Compared to what others have been through, you’re fortunate. Tell this toyourself over and over, and it will help you get through the rough spots withlittle more fortitude.

Good morning, my dear teachers and friends! My name is Li Bingke, from class four O five. Today, I am very happy to be here. My topic is “Our School”.
My dear friends, welcome to our school! My school is very beautiful! It has a big playground. We can play and do some sports there. Near the playground, there is a garden. Many trees and flowers are there. So the air is very clean and we can hear birds singing in the trees. It is so wonderful. Our teaching buildings are around the garden and look like our teachers’ arms to welcome us. We can draw pictures in the art room on the first floor and read story-books in the library on the second floor. My classroom is on the third floor. It is clean and bright. We like to study in it. The computer room is on the fifth floor. We can sing and dance in the music room on the sixth floor. What a lot of fun! We can have lunch in the canteen near Defang Teaching Building.
In our school, our teachers work hard and help us with our lessons. We study hard and listen to teachers carefully. After class, our teachers play with us and we feel very happy.
Our school is so nice and our teachers are so kind. We all love them. Dear friends, do you like them?
That's all. Thanks!
