大家好！
兩年前，我從xx英語教育院校畢業(yè)，躊躇滿志地從大學(xué)校門里走出來，滿懷信心地踏進(jìn)了這滿是孩子們的天堂。在我開始接任四年級二班的英語教程那一刻，我的心情忐忑不安，不知能否把課上好，當(dāng)我真正走上工作崗位，走上四二班教室的講臺時(shí)，面對一個(gè)個(gè)鮮活可愛的面孔，面對一雙雙求知的眼睛，我總是一次次默默的告訴自己，要努力，要加油，要成為深受學(xué)生歡迎的好老師。
有人說兒童是一本書雖然要讀懂這本書并非易事，但要成為一位出色的教師就必須去讀它，有人說，兒童是花木，教師是園丁，園丁悉心照料著花木，但需要尊重它們自然地成長。實(shí)際上，兒童比花木要復(fù)雜的多，教師的工作比園丁的工作也復(fù)雜的多，盡管他們擁有著共同或共通的'規(guī)律。法國文學(xué)家雨果在他的詩里曾經(jīng)寫到：“花是尊貴的，果實(shí)是甜美的，讓我們都來做葉吧，因?yàn)槿~，是平凡而謙遜的�！蔽矣X得這首詩就是為教師寫的，因?yàn)榻處熅拖衲悄瞰I(xiàn)的綠葉，時(shí)時(shí)刻刻襯托著鮮花的嬌艷。今天，在慶祝教師節(jié)的日子里，我榮幸地站上這方講臺，誦讀這樣意味深長的詩句，即將開始我至真至誠的講述，我心中無比激動(dòng)，也感到萬分的驕傲自豪。
時(shí)光匆匆，轉(zhuǎn)眼間我已走過了四年的從教生涯。雖然在大家看來這段時(shí)間有些短暫。但細(xì)數(shù)往昔歲月的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)滴滴，我還是要長嘆：生活原來給了我們那么多感動(dòng)。為了這真情付出后得到的感動(dòng)，我一直在追求著。剛剛參加工作時(shí)，信心百倍。記得第一次以教師的身份走進(jìn)課堂，感覺一切都是那樣美好。然而，醉酒方知酒味濃，為師才知為師難。一段時(shí)間之后，我先前良好的自我感覺早就一掃而空，面對一群求知欲渴的孩子們，我才真正意識到教師職業(yè)是何等的艱辛和瑣碎，三尺講臺站上去容易，要站好可真難�。�
每個(gè)人都希望自己的人生風(fēng)和日麗，鶯歌燕舞。但月有陰晴圓缺，人有旦夕禍福，挫折和失敗總是不斷地踩痛我們的心。我們是把失意的怨氣撒在孩子身上，還是收起此時(shí)內(nèi)心的苦楚用微笑面對純真可愛的孩子？我想沒有人愿意選擇前者，因?yàn)槟愕男闹杏袗�！魯迅先生有句話“教育是植根與愛的”。是的，愛是教育的源泉，教師有了愛，才會用伯樂的眼光去發(fā)現(xiàn)孩子們的閃光點(diǎn)，才會對自己的教育對象充滿了信心和愛心，才會有追求卓越的精神和創(chuàng)新的精神。
今天，我是一名小學(xué)英語教師，愛我的學(xué)生，我會像母親一樣無私和不求索取；愛我的學(xué)生，我會像手足一樣把心和他們貼得更近；愛我的學(xué)生，我會像朋友一樣與他們風(fēng)雨同舟；愛我的學(xué)生，我會不溺愛不袒護(hù)，在他們跌倒時(shí)，鼓勵(lì)他們勇敢的站起來！我相信“人民教師”這光榮而神圣的稱謂，它總能讓我擁有無窮的力量。

But for myself,I learn English not only because of its importance and its usefulness,but also because of my love for it.When I learn English, I can feel a different way of thinking which gives me more room to touch the world.When I read English novels,I can feel the pleasure from the book which is different from reading the translation.When I speak English,I can feel the confident from my words.When I write English,I can see the beauty which is not the same as our Chinese…
I love English,it gives me a colorful dream.I hope I can travel around the world one day. With my good English, I can make friends with many people from different countries.I can see many places of great interests.I dream that I can go to London,because it is the birth place of English.
I also want to use my good English to introduce our great places to the English spoken people,I hope that they can love our country like us.
I know,Rome was not built in a day. I believe that after continuous hard study,one day I can speak English very well.

If a person’s life must constituted by various choices, then I grow up along with these choices.
Once I hope I can study in a college in future, however that’s passed, as you know I come here, now I wonder what the future holds for (= what will happen to) me.
When I come to this school, I told to myself: this my near future, all starts here.
Following I will learn to become a man, a integrated man, who has a fine body, can take on important task, has independent thought, an open mind, intensive thought, has the ability to judge right and wrong, has a perfect job.
Once my teacher said :” you are not sewing, you are stylist; never forget which you should lay out to people is your thought, not craft.” I will put my personality with my interest and ability into my study, during these process I will combine learning with doing.

Happiness is a state of mind. It starts with accepting where you are, knowing where you are going and planning to enjoy every moment along the way. You know how to be happy, and feel that you have enough time or money or love or whatever you need to achieve your goals. And just feeling that you have enough of everything means that you do indeed have enough.
You have to choose to be happy, and focus upon being happy, in order to be happy. If you instead focus upon knowing that you will be happy if you achieve something, you will never be happy, as you have not learned to “smell the roses”. The irony is that when you are happy, you are inevitably more productive, and far more likely to achieve what everything-seekers are seeking.

The past is gone and static. Nothing we can do will change it. The futureis before us and dynamic. Everything we do will effect it.
Each day will brings with it new frontiers, in our homes and in ourbusinesses, if we will only recognize them. We are just at the beginning of theprogress in every field of human endeavor.

Yet he isnt afraid or timid and lives life in a bold way." Whenyou achieve your dreams, its not so much what you get as who you have become inachieving them.
You have a dream and obstacles in front of you as we all do. None of usever get through this life without heartache, without turmoil. Believe inperseverance and have faith. Get back up again when you can get knocked down andyou will find your way.

"Never, never give up" meansto keep trying and never stop working for your goals. I think it’s a very goodpiece of advice for all of us and this is the most important thing that can helpus to achieve our goals.
I am quite sure that everybody knows Thomas Edison. Why so many peopletried to invent the electric lamp, but only Thomas Edison succeedIf Edison, likemany others, had been stilted by repeated failures, there would be no vibrantmodern cities at night. His success proves that if a person is not scared byseemingly insurmountable adversity, he can find the way to success..
In my opinion, never stop working for your goal doesn’t mean you must besuccessful. It doesnt even mean that you must achieve your goal, but its veryimportant to keep it in your mind. There are enough unfavorable conditions whichmake our lives difficult, but what important for us is to make efforts towardsyour goal or your dream. If you have given your best for your goal or yourdream, whether you succeed or not, at least you wont leave any regret in yourlife.
Dont give up working for your goal or your dream. If you succeed, you willtaste great joy in your life. If you dont succeed, you wont have regret in yourlife because you have given your best.
Dreams are hard to follow, hold on and there will be tomorrow. You willfind the way with the strength to carry on. Don’t give up.
