日月如梭、時(shí)光飛逝，轉(zhuǎn)眼間又到了新的一年，回顧這一年的工作歷程，我在局黨組的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，在全局同志的鼎力支持和配合下，按照各級(jí)組織的工作思路、目標(biāo)、任務(wù)，立足本職，勤奮努力、拼搏向上，積極展開(kāi)工作，圓滿完成了自己所負(fù)責(zé)分管的各項(xiàng)工作任務(wù)。在辭舊迎新之際，就我分管的注冊(cè)登記、企業(yè)個(gè)體監(jiān)督管理工作向各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和同志們作以下述職：
一、增強(qiáng)素質(zhì)，提高修養(yǎng)，完善自我
為了適應(yīng)新形勢(shì)下工商工作需要，一年來(lái)，始終把學(xué)習(xí)放在重要位置，努力在提高自身綜合素質(zhì)上下功夫。在政治學(xué)習(xí)方面，通過(guò)學(xué)習(xí)鄧小平理論及“三個(gè)代表”重要思想，尤其是學(xué)習(xí)“十六”大精神，進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)了黨性，提高了自己政治洞察力，牢固樹(shù)立了全心全意為人民服務(wù)的宗旨和正確的世界觀、人生觀、價(jià)值觀;在業(yè)務(wù)學(xué)習(xí)方面，繁忙工作之余，能擠出時(shí)間自學(xué)，系統(tǒng)地學(xué)習(xí)社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)科學(xué)、系列法規(guī)及環(huán)境保護(hù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化、安全生產(chǎn)等分管科室的業(yè)務(wù)知識(shí)，學(xué)中干，干中學(xué)，不斷更新知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)，拓寬知識(shí)層面，提高理論層次，增強(qiáng)自身領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的才能。同時(shí)，抽出時(shí)間到基層工商所了解布置的工作與實(shí)際中存在的問(wèn)題，找出解決的辦法，為以后工作的順利開(kāi)展奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
二、立足本職，勤奮努力，做好主角
在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子中，一把手唱主角，副職唱配角。但在分管的工作上，副職更要立足本職，恪盡職守，做好分管工作的主角，這才能唱好全局工作的整臺(tái)戲。一年來(lái)，我在局黨組和局長(zhǎng)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，在同志們的大力支持和配合下，真抓實(shí)干、克難奮進(jìn)、開(kāi)拓創(chuàng)新，充分發(fā)揮決策、指揮、協(xié)調(diào)的優(yōu)勢(shì)和能力，帶領(lǐng)分管科室的同志們圓滿、全面地完成了各項(xiàng)工作任務(wù)。 一是狠抓思想政治工作。要求企業(yè)登記、監(jiān)督管理工作的同志嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行上級(jí)有關(guān)規(guī)定，廉潔執(zhí)法，按規(guī)定收取各種規(guī)費(fèi)。同時(shí)，積極參加縣局創(chuàng)建百佳文明單位活動(dòng)，響應(yīng)團(tuán)縣委的號(hào)召，捐學(xué)費(fèi)和學(xué)習(xí)用具資助璧城街道辦事處牛角灣社區(qū)的柯麗同學(xué)就學(xué)，通過(guò)深化“青年文明號(hào)”的創(chuàng)建工作，增強(qiáng)了同志們的服務(wù)意識(shí)和責(zé)任心，促進(jìn)了同志之間的團(tuán)結(jié)，凝聚了人心，激發(fā)了爭(zhēng)先創(chuàng)優(yōu)的工作熱情。同志們?yōu)橥瓿煽h局的企業(yè)信用數(shù)據(jù)錄入工作，在保證正常上下班工作秩序的前提下，利用上班、中午、晚上和星期(六)天休息時(shí)間，錄入完了XX年1月1日以來(lái)各類企業(yè)的設(shè)立、變更、注銷、吊銷登記信息，計(jì)3660戶。從而保證了縣局信用錄入工作的順利完成，得到了市局信用辦的肯定。
二是狠抓業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)。今年，我以市局的企業(yè)登記審查員、核準(zhǔn)員的資格考試為契機(jī)，組織全局58名同志參加資格考試，采取集中培訓(xùn)與脫產(chǎn)自學(xué)相結(jié)合的方式，系統(tǒng)的學(xué)習(xí)了《公司法》、《企業(yè)法人登記管理暫行條例》、《合伙企業(yè)法》、《個(gè)人獨(dú)資企業(yè)法》、《城鄉(xiāng)個(gè)體工商戶暫行條例》和《行政許可法》，以及市局制定的《*市企業(yè)注冊(cè)登記工作規(guī)范》、《*市個(gè)體工商戶注冊(cè)登記工作規(guī)范》、《*市企業(yè)名稱核準(zhǔn)規(guī)則》等法律法規(guī)，從而使我們的登記人員更加全面的掌握登記業(yè)務(wù)知識(shí)，明確登記的工作制度，增強(qiáng)了法制意識(shí)。也順利的通過(guò)了市局的資格考試，參考的58名同志有17名取得企業(yè)登記核準(zhǔn)員資格，有41名取得企業(yè)登記審查員資格。根據(jù)我局企業(yè)登記的實(shí)際情況，于XX年8月1日聘任2名同志為核準(zhǔn)員、聘任9名同志為審查員。一年來(lái)，新辦理企業(yè)登記229戶;新辦理個(gè)體工商戶763戶。
