　　I went to visit the great wall with my friends during the summer vacation. We went there by bus. It took us about two hours to get there.

　　It was hot and windy that day. There were thousands of people. When we saw a group of foreigners,we went up and talked with them. We told them lots of history of the great wall. They were very surprised when they saw that our english were exellent and we knew a lot about the great walls history. They thanked us a lot and we really had a good time. We felt proud of ourselves and being chinese.

　　On the New Years eve, I watched a movie with my friend. The movie was about conflicts and assassinations within a palace. Though the director had added lots of action scenes in the movie, it was still quite boring. After that, we went shopping in Wangfujing Street. The street was crowded and full of noise, with people rushing everywhere and bumping into one another. I never thought that going shopping on the New Years eve could be that tiring.

　　In the evening, I had a hearty feast with my parents. That was the only thing that helped to cheer me up on the New Years eve.

　　I went to the Forest Park with my old friend this Thursday. Although it was hot, we had a wonderful time there. We played a lot, such as corsair, bumper cars, Arabian Flying Blanket and so on.

　　Today is the last day of summer vacation. Im going to make teddy bears with Chen Chen.

　　The Spring Festival I was looking forward to finally came.

　　過年也有它不好的地方，比如每天都要到外面吃飯，過完年一秤體重，長了不少，還要想辦法減下來，真麻煩。
