1.勇于表現(xiàn)個(gè)人風(fēng)格,不要拘泥形式
沒有所謂的固定形式,你必須衡量自身以及職務(wù)需求,打造最能凸顯優(yōu)勢(shì)的內(nèi)容呈現(xiàn)方式,并且格式要自行設(shè)計(jì)。往往履歷本身的整體獨(dú)創(chuàng)性也會(huì)是列入評(píng)分的項(xiàng)目之一。以所附的模板為例,有時(shí)候你可能不一定要寫出「professional Qualities」(技能以及專長(zhǎng))這個(gè)項(xiàng)目,或甚至以「Summary」(經(jīng)歷概要)來加以代替,這些都完全取決于你自己的彈性。
