外企漲薪11.6% 半數(shù)外企調(diào)高畢業(yè)生起薪
CPI高企，企業(yè)紛紛調(diào)薪。近日公布的薪酬調(diào)查報告顯示，2012年上海外資企業(yè)調(diào)薪幅度平均值為11.6%，有1/4的企業(yè)調(diào)薪幅度超過15%。
在這份薪酬調(diào)查報告中，制造型企業(yè)調(diào)薪幅度平均值為13.3%，非制造型企業(yè)為10.6%，高于2012年2-3個百分點。此次調(diào)研活動共有180多家企業(yè)參加，從投資類型來看，歐美企業(yè)超過75%。從行業(yè)來看，制造型企業(yè)接近1/4，服務(wù)型企業(yè)超過1/3。
調(diào)查顯示，2012年上海地區(qū)半數(shù)外企調(diào)高畢業(yè)生起薪。畢業(yè)生起薪中位值：大專學(xué)歷為2000元，本科學(xué)歷為3000元，碩士學(xué)歷為4500元，博士學(xué)歷為6500元。中智薪酬顧問分析后認為，企業(yè)用人需求持續(xù)增加，企業(yè)在畢業(yè)生招聘市場的人才爭奪一定程度上提升了畢業(yè)生的起薪水平。另外，今年有41.3%的企業(yè)增加了招聘數(shù)量。
